0910 Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / met with staff, no issues reported 

1000 Premise Check/ 6600 block Adrian St / area was clear

1050 Premise Check/ 5300 block 85th Ave met with property management and there were no issues reported 

1103 Disorderly/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / landlord-tenant dispute over grease in the sink. The landlord alleged the tenant threaten to burn her with hot water. REPORT WRITTEN

1103 Theft/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / caller advised she was tracking someone who has owed her money for 19 years. 

1131 Theft/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd males stealing items. The store manager took the items and the males fled prior to arrival

1202 Domestic/ 7500 block Riverdale Rd male and female arguing in the rear parking lot. No domestic, girlfriend was moving out

1213 Domestic/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd no domestic, caller believed his girlfriend is stalking him. Even after asking for relations the night before

1226 Station Call-Theft/ NCPD complainant lost her business card. The incident happened outside of our jurisdiction 

1229 Burglary/ 5300 block 85th Ave complainant believes maintenance stole her money. No burglary, just money was stolen. REPORT WRITTEN

1421 Lost Property/ 7500 block Riverdale Rd  incident happened outside the jurisdiction 

1510 Accident/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd parties exchanged information with the assistance of officers

1620 Suspicious Person/ 5900 block 87th Ave / a solicitor was knocking on doors attempting to sell security services. The solicitor was gone upon arrival, the area was canvassed with negative results

1832 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK-8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.

1907 HOURS- PROPERTY DAMAGE- 6600 BLOCK ADRIAN ST.- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LISTED LOCATION FOR DOWN CABLE LINES. UPON ARRIVAL, OFFICERS NOTICED A LARGE TREE BRANCH HAD FALLEN ON TOP OF A PARKED VEHICLE. WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT THE TREE BRANCH WAS CUT AND REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLE AND OUT OF THE ROADWAY. REPORT WRITTEN

1947 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR.

2037 HOURS PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. ALL CLEAR.

2134 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 8300 BLOCK OF NICHOLSON ST.- CALLER STATED A SUSPICIOUS MALE SUBJECT KNOCKED ON HIS/HER DOOR ATTEMPTING TO SELL A HOME SECURITY SYSTEM. OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA FOR THE SUSPICIOUS PERSON ENDING IN NEGATIVE RESULTS. THE CALLER DECLINED TO SPEAK TO OFFICERS ABOUT THE INCIDENT.

2140 HOURS- STOLEN VEHICLE- 5900 BLOCK 87TH AVE- CALLER STATED HIS VEHICLE HAD BEEN STOLEN. UPON ARRIVAL THE CALLER INFORMED OFFICERS THAT THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN BORROWED BY HIS GRANDSON AND HAD NOT BEEN STOLEN.

2200 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5200-5400 BLOCK OF 85TH AVE.- ALL CLEAR.

2317 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 85TH AVE & WESTBROOK DR. - THE DRIVER OF UNIT-1 STRUCK UNIT-2 CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE. BOTH DRIVERS CLAIMED NO INJURIES WHILE ON SCENE. AN INFORMATION EXCHANGE WAS CONDUCTED AND PROVIDED TO BOTH DRIVERS.

0051 HOURS- DOMESTIC DISPUTE- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE- CALLER STATED HER BOYFRIEND WAS KNOCKING AT HER DOOR WANTING TO ENTER THE RESIDENCE. UPON OFFICERS ARRIVAL THE SUSPECT WAS GOA, THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT POLICE AGAIN IF HE RETURNED. 

0129 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.

0248 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8100 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.

0338 HOURS- FIGHT CALL- 7800 BLOCK POWHATON ST- CALLER STATED HER BOYFRIEND PUSHED HER AND TOOK HER KEYS TO HER VEHICLE AND FLED ON FOOT. OFFICERS LOCATED THE CALLERS KEYS IN THE GRASS; THE CALLER WOULD NOT GO INTO DETAIL ABOUT THE INCIDENT AND REFUSED FURTHER POLICE ASSISTANCE.

0447 HOURS- FAMILY DISPUTE- 8300 BLOCK DONOGHUE DR. - CALLER STATED SHE DISCOVERED A YOUNG MALE IN HER DAUGHTERS BEDROOM. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED SHE WANTED OFFICERS TO REMOVE THE YOUNG MAN FROM HER RESIDENCE AND SPEAK WITH HER DAUGHTER. THE YOUNG ADULT MALE WAS ESCORTED OUT OF THE RESIDENCE, AND OFFICER HAD A BRIEF CONVERSATION WITH THE YOUNG LADY ABOUT THE INCIDENT. ALL PARTIES WHERE ADVISED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.

0515 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
