0851 HOURS- MISSING PERSON- 8400 BLOCK CARROLLTON PKWY-  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO WAS UPSET HIS EX-GIRLFRIEND WAS NOT RESPONDING TO HIS TEXT MESSAGES.  THE EX-GIRLFRIEND LIVES OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS; THE CALLER WAS ADVISED SHE WAS NOT "MISSING" AND TO REQUEST P.G.P.D. DO A WELLFARE CHECK, AT WHICH TIME THE CALLER BECAME UNCOOPERATIVE AND REFUSED ALL POLICE SERVICES.

0941 HOURS- NEGLECT- 7700 BLOCK POWHATAN ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ALARM FROM THE RESIDENCE SIDE DOOR.  OFFICERS FOUND THAT DOOR OPEN, CLEARED THE RESIDENCE AND DISCOVERED 4 JUVENILES IN THE UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM WHO WERE WITHOUT SUPERVISION.  THE JUVENILES MOTHER ARRIVED ON SCENE WHILE OFFICERS WERE INTERVIEWING THE CHILDREN, THE MOTHER WAS ADVISED, C.P.S. WAS NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

1104 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1226 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1321 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A COMPLAINT OF A FEMALE SLEEPING IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM.  THE FEMALE WAS STOPPED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED AND SENT ON HER WAY.

1328 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A 911 HANG-UP. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE TWO RESIDENTS OF THE APARTMENT, WHO REFUSED ALL POLICE SERVICES AND DENIED CALLING EMERGENCY SERVICES.

1425 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF A MALE THAT WAS SITTING IN A PARKED VEHICLE FOR SEVERAL HOURS.  OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS; G.O.A.

1624 HOURS- PROPERTY DAMAGE- 6200 BLOCK 85TH PL.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER DISCOVERED HIS BROTHERS VEHICLE DAMAGED BY UNKNOWN MEANS.  ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION WAS GATHERED FOR REPORTING, AND THE CALLER WAS PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS FOR THIS INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

1844 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD.-  ALL CLEAR. 

1925 HOURS- DISORDERLY CALL- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD -THE CALLER STATED THAT A MALE IS REFUSING TO LEAVE THE BUSINESS. OFFICER'S MET WITH THE MALE AND HE LEFT THE BUSINESS WITHOUT ANY FURTHER INCIDENT (HANDLED BY PART-TIME UNIT).

1937 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVENUE.- ALL CLEAR.  

2018 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD.- ALL CLEAR.

2133 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK OF KAREN ELAINE DRIVE.- ALL CLEAR. 

2247 HOURS- ACCIDENT CALL- ANNAPOLIS ROAD & 85TH AVENUE.-  UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGES TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO SCENE AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION BETWEEN THE INVOLVED PARTIES.

2322 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 8300 BLOCK NICHOLSON STREET.- P.G. COUNTY COMMUNICATION ADVISED THAT THERE WAS AN OPEN LINE WITH NO SIGNS OF DISTRESS. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS ACCIDENTAL BY KIDS.  

2357 HOURS- BREAKING & ENTERING- 6400 BLOCK 85TH AVENUE.- THE CALLER STATED THAT SOMEONE BROKE INTO HIS RESIDENCE. OFFICERS MET THE CALLER AND DISCOVERED THAT A CONTRACTOR CAME TO HIS RESIDENCE FROM THE MORTGAGE COMPANY, CHANGED THE LOCKS AND LEFT A NOTE ON THE DOOR. THE CALLER WAS EXTREMELY UNCOOPERATIVE, AND WAS ADVISED.

0050 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE .- THE NEIGHBOR STATED THAT SHE HEARD A MALE AND FEMALE ARGUING. OFFICERS DID NOT HEAR ANYONE ARGUING AND KNOCKING AT THE RESIDENCE YIELDED NEGATIVE RESULTS.

0112 HOURS- TRAFFIC COMPLAIN- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVENUE.- THE CALLER STATED THAT THERE IS A VEHICLE PARKED IN HANDICAP PARKING BUT DOES NOT HAVE A HANDICAP PARKING PLACARD ON IT. OFFICER'S CANVASSED THE AREA, YIELDED NEGATIVE RESULTS.

Both vehicles were impounded, and officers were able to exchange information for both drivers. Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was already gone. No Report 0703  Hours-  Stolen Vehicle- 54 00 Block of  85th Ave: Officers responded to the listed location regarding a stolen vehicle report. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the caller, who advised that his vehicle was missing. Further investigation revealed the vehicle had been impounded for a parking violation.
