He grabbed her phone and walked out of the apartment with it. She was advised what action she needed to take. Male half was not on scene.

0027 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ (Return call) female called stating the male half returned and was intoxicated, she did not want to let him in she just wanted her phone. Male half gave her the phone and went to bed for the night, there was no discussion between parties.

0150 hrs., 8300 block Annapolis Rd/ 911 hangup call, caller stated several males were mad at him and wanted to kill him and hung up before the call taker could get any information from him. Officers checked the area with nothing found, we spoke to the part time unit at 8307 Annapolis rd and they stated they had no issues in the business or parking lot.
0205 hrs., 8300 block Annapolis Rd/ Suspicious Person, while Officers were searching the area for the prior call, they observed a male walking on the sidewalk seeming to be intoxicated. Officers approached him and he stated his vehicle was in the parking lot. With the assistance of a Spanish speaking County Officer the male called his wife for a ride for him self and his friend. Males were safely transported home by his wife.
