0715 hours- Crossing Guard Assignment- Good Luck Rd & Cathedral Ave/ Officer assisted the crossing guard with crossing the students at the intersection.

0820 hours- Residential Premise Check- Officers patrolled the residential area looking for any suspicious activity but ended with negative results. All Clear

0844 hours- Premise Check- 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ All clear

0915 hours- Assist FireBoard- 6600 block Ian Street/ Officers arrived on scene to learn that a worker working on the roof fell off the roof to the ground. The worker was conscience, breathing and transported to PGH for his injuries. REPORT WRITTEN

1028 hours- Assist FireBoard- 7800 block Riverdale Road/ Officers arrived to the LOI to learn that the caller hurt her leg and wanted medics to wait while she cooks breakfast. She was advised that wasn't going to happen. NO REPORT

1112 hours- Premise Check- 8400 block Annapolis Road/ All clear

1300 hours- Residential Premise Check- Officers patrolled the residential area looking for any suspicious activity but ended with negative results. All Clear

1533 hours- Theft From Auto- 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive/ Officer arrived on scene to learn that the caller left the residence and did not want a report it.

1559 hours- Check on the Welfare- 5700 block 85th Ave/ Officer responded to the scene to learn that the caller thought her son wanted to kill himself. After speaking with the subject, there was a misunderstanding and he was ok.

1630 Check on the Welfare- 5300 block 85th Ave/ The caller stated that there were children at this residence by themselves. A check of the LOI revealed that there was an adult in the house. NO REPORT

1724 hours- Premise Check- 5400 Block 85th Ave/ All clear

1849 hrs Trespassing Complaint/ 7800 block Powhatan St. Neighbor reported an unknown subject entered the vacant house at the LOI. A check of the residence yielded negative results and the house was secured.  

1900 hrs., Premise check/ 6000 Block of Mentana St and the Pathway between Vera Cope Park and Powhatan St, check clear.

1950 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

2145 hrs., Disorderly/ 5400 block 85th, A group of males were in the area smoking and drinking, checked the area nothing found.

2253 hrs. Traffic - DUI/ 6100 block Lamont Dr\ the driver was traveling in an on-coming traffic lane. The  vehicle nearly struck a marked police cruiser which was traveling in the 6100 block of Lamont Dr. The vehicle was stopped; the driver of the vehicle appeared to be intoxicated. The driver consented to an alcoholic concentration test which stated the driver was over the limit to drive. The driver was cited and released.

2317 hrs., Hit & Run/ 7300 block Longbranch Dr., Officers located the striking vehicle and cited the driver of the vehicle.

0035 hrs., Lock Out/ 5400 block 85th ave., resident locked herself out of her apartment building with two juveniles sleeping inside. The door was opened and the children were ok.

0125 hrs., Suspicious Occupied Vehicle/ 8500 block Legation Rd., two subjects were talking in their vehicle before heading home.

0130 hrs., Premise check/ 5500 block of Karen Elaine Dr, Check clear

0140 hrs., Premise check/ 5300-5400 block of 85th Ave, check clear.

0205 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 block of 85th Ave, check clear

0250 hrs., Residential Check/ 7300 Block of Gavin St, check clear.

0305 hrs., Business Check/ Shell gas station, check clear.

0320 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

0345 hrs., Business check/ New Carrollton City Pool, check clear.

0405 hrs., Business check/ Beckett Field, check clear.

0524 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 block of 85th Ave, check clear.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
