0923 hours- Disorderly- 7700 block Riverdale Road/ Officers responded to the T/A to learn that a male subject entered the bathroom and locked the door. The male was later stopped and advised not to return to the T/A. NO REPORT
1010 hours- Stolen tag- 8100 block Carrollton Pkwy/ The caller stated that she wanted to report a rear tag stolen. After further investigation, it was learned that the caller's story did not add up to her rear tag being stolen. She was given case numbers for reference only. NO REPORT
1147 hours- Accident- 8600 Block Annapolis Road/ Two vehicles were involved in an accident. Both vehicles had minor damage. The driver of unit 1 did not have a valid drivers license. He was issued citations and his vehicle was already parked in a parking space. REPORT WRITTEN

2135 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 block of Karen Elaine Dr, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
2206 hrs., 6000 Block of Mentana St and the Pathway between Vera Cope Park and Powhatan St, Officers conducted a foot patrol in the area. Citizens have been complaining about suspicious behavior, possible sale of drugs, gambling, and loitering of unknown persons, check clear.
2220 hrs., Residential Check/ 8500 Block of Harland St, Citizens complaining of Suspicious Persons loitering in the area, being disorderly, and being loud late at night, check clear.
2340 hrs., Disorderly/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd, Employees stated several patrons wouldn't leave and was throwing rocks at the door. Once on scene, officers observed the patrons sitting outside of the T/A and they were waiting to get their phone that was left inside of the T/A. The phone was retrieved and given back to the patron.
