0800 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Blk of 85th Ave, persons complaining of suspicious persons gathering and being disorderly, check clear.
0900 hrs., Call at the station for a male upset about not being able to pick up the vehicle that does not belong to him. He was escorted out of the building and sent on his way.
0930 hrs., 8100 Blk Powhattan St/ Return Missing Person Call. Male was reported missing yesterday from this location and returned today. He stated he was having some issues so we contacted Sam 800 to speak to him. Det. Ware was contacted, with negative results and the male was removed from NCIC as missing.
1005 hrs., 7500 Blk Topton St/ Parking complaint assisted parking enforcement with information needed for a parking complaint.
1015 hrs., Residential check/ 7501 Riverdale Rd, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
1030 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Blk of Karen Elaine Dr, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
1050 hrs., 5300 Blk 85th Ave / Domestic Dispute, female called stating the male and her were arguing and he began to chase her with a Henessey alcohol bottle. She then stated he began to beat on her window to stop her. When speaking to the male he advised they were in an argument about money and he followed her out to her vehicle were she called the police and he wanted to talk to her so he knocked on the window. Female stated she did not want anything done just for us to talk to him and him to leave. Both parties were advised of what action needed to be taken.

1235 hrs., Business Check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.
1315 hrs., 5200 Blk 85th Ave / Assist Animal Control with the removal of a pitbull. The dog was removed with no issues.
1330 hrs., 85th Ave and Annapolis Rd/ Accident, both vehicles sustained minor damage, no injuries and officers exchange information for all parties.
1330 hrs., 450 at the Beltway ramp/ Accident, all three vehicles sustained minor damage, no injuries and officers exchanged information for all parties.
1405 hrs., 8100 Legation Dr/ Unknown Trouble, children were playing on the phone and got scared when communications called back. There were no issues or problems.
1431 hrs., 8600 Blk Preston St/ Vandalism to auto call, caller stated an unknown person to an unknown object and put several scratches on his vehicle.
1500 hrs., Residential check/ 7300 Blk of Gavin St, persons complaining of suspicious persons gathering and being disorderly, check clear.
1550 hrs., 5900 Westbrook Dr/ Caller seeking information on money he is owed. He was advised it was a civil matter and to seek advise from a lawyer.
1630 hrs., Business Check/ Beckett Field, check clear.
1700 hrs., Business Check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.
1815 HOURS- THREATS COMPLAINT- 5300 BLK 85TH AVE.- PRIVATE SECURITY REPORTED BEING THREATENED BY A RESIDENT. THE SECURITY OFFICER WAS MET AND ADVISED TO SEEK RESOLUTION THROUGH THE COURT COMMISSIONER AND RENTAL MANAGEMENT.
1830 HOURS- FAMILY DISPUTE- 6200 BLK 87TH AVE.- CALLER REQUESTED INFORMATION ABOUT OBTAINING AN ORDER OF EVICTION AND A PROTECTIVE ORDER. THE CALLER WAS PROVIDED WITH CASE NUMBERS FOR REFERENCE AND ADVISED.
1850 HOURS- HIT AND RUN- 8600 ANNAPOLIS RD.- THE CALLERS VEHICLE WAS STRUCK BY ANOTHER VEHICLE ON ANNAPOLIS RD., THE STRIKING VEHICLE THEN FLED THE SCENE. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED IN "D" SECTOR, PGPD WAS NOTIFIED AND HANDLED THE INCIDENT.
1900 HOURS-MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLK 85TH AVE.- COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING, TRESPASSING, SMOKING C.D.S. AND DRINKING. AREA WAS CANVASED, NO VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED.
1910 HOURS- CHILD CUSTODY DISPUTE- 8500 BLK ANNAPOLIS RD.- CALLER COMPLAINED HER EX HUSBAND REFUSED TO MEET HER TO EXCHANGE VISITATION OF THEIR MINOR CHILDREN. A COURT ORDER FOR JOINT CUSTODY WAS IN PLACE AND THE CALLER WAS REFERRED TO THE COURTS FOR SERVICES.
1945 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8445 ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.
2045 HOURS- FRAUD REPORT- 8500 BLK MADISON ST.- CALLER REPORTED FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON HER CHECKING ACCOUNT. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND DISCOVERED THE CALLER WAS ATTEMPTING TO RECOVER MONEY FROM DISPUTED PURCHASES; THE ISSUE IS BEING INVESTIGATED BY HER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. CASE NUMBERS FOR REFERENCE.
2110 HOURS- ABANDONED VEHICLE- 8500 BLK MADISON ST- OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED AN UNREGISTERED VEHICLE ABANDONED IN THE ROADWAY. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY TICKETED FOR THAT OFFENSE AND A 72 HOURS TOW NOTIFICATION WAS AFFIXED (EXPIRED ON 12/25/16). THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED FOR SAFE KEEPING.
2150 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8461 ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.
2155 HOURS- THEFT- 8401 ANNAPOLIS RD.- LOSS PREVENTION AT THE FOREMAN MILLS DETAINED A SHOPLIFTER. OFFICERS RESPONDED, THE SHOPLIFTER WAS IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, BARRED BY LP, ADVISED THEN SENT ON HIS WAY. LP DECLINED TO PURSUE CHARGES AND WERE PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS.
2225 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- DARCARS- ALL CLEAR.
2235 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE- 7900 ANNAPOLIS RD.- OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED, IDENTIFIED AS AN UBER DRIVER AWAITING HIS FARE. THE DRIVER WAS ADVISED AND SENT ON HIS WAY.
2300 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7790 RIVERDALE RD.- ALL CLEAR.
2327 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- DARCARS- ALL CLEAR.
