1910 hrs., 7400 Blk of Annapolis Rd./ Traffic Hazard in the roadway (piece of concrete) it was a piece of foam and removed safely from the roadway.
1932 hrs., 8401 Annapolis Rd (Foreman Mills) Armed Robbery it was not a robbery but an attempted theft with an assault. Male attempted to steal several pieces of clothing concealed in his backpack, when stopped by loss prevention he picked up a fire extinguisher and hit a loss prevention officer in the arm. He was transported to PGH for minor injuries. Male then proceeded to kick and destroy the slider door in order to escape. Detective Robinson, #3146 and Captain Everts were notified of the incident. The items were recovered when the male dropped them.
2027 hrs., 5800 Blk Nystrom St/ Disorderly, this was not a disorderly but a civil matter over an eviction, which has not been conducted in the legal manner. Both parties were advised what steps to take.
2050 hrs., 7710 Riverdale Rd (Lowe's)/ Signal 7A call, male supposedly dropped his gun while wearing sweat pants. Area was checked with negative results.
2055 hrs., 5200 Blk 85th Ave./ Domestic - Not a domestic it was an argument over child custody between the two parties. Both parties were advised and female half was sent on her way.
2204 hrs., 5300 Blk 85th Ave ./ Disorderly - Male wanted his property back that the female half was locking up until he paid his rent. She was advised she could not do that and she gave the male all his belongings back and was advised of the civil matter for the rent not being paid. The male and female were room mates only.
