0404 HRS EPS/ 8100 BLK ANNAPOLIS ROAD/ OFFICERS CAME UPON A VEHICLE STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. OFFICERS APPROACHED THE VEHICLE AND FOUND THAT A MALE DRIVER WAS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF PCP. THE MALE WAS TAKEN TO PGH TO BE TREATED. REPORT WRITTEN

0725 hrs., Residential Check/ 5200-5400 Blk 85th Av., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

0845 hrs., Business Check/ CVS, all clear.

0915 hrs., Residential Check/ 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Dr., citizen complaint of suspicious activity. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

1005 hrs., Business Check/ Plaza 30 Shopping Center, all clear.

1130 hrs., Premise Check/ Gavin St. & Quentin St., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.


1230 hrs., Assisted PGPD/ Veterans Pkwy & Riverdale Rd., assist PGPD with traffic control from an accident.

1300 hrs., Business Check/ Shoppers Food Warehouse, all clear.


1330 hrs., School Check/ Robert Frost Elementary, all clear.

1415 hrs., Residential Alarm/ 8500 Blk Caswell Place, officers reported for alarm activation and determined it was accidental by homeowner.


1500 hrs., Loud Noise Complaint/ 8400 Blk Sprague Pl., citizen complaint of suspicious activity. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

1530 hrs., Business Check/ T-mobile, all clear.

1600 hrs., Business Check/ Metro Points Hotel, all clear.


1630 hrs., Business check/ 7-eleven, all clear.

1706 hrs., Disorderly/ 7500 Riverdale Rd., the complainant report of a disorderly person in the area. Officers responded, check the area with nothing found, and then referred the complainant to District court commissioners office.


2020 hrs., Premise Check/ Gavin St. & Quentin St., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

2030 hrs., Premise Check/ Gavin St. & Quentin St., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

2130 hrs., Business Check/ Shoppers, all clear.

2200 hrs., Business Check/ 7-Eleven, observed subjects loitering in front of the business, they were sent on their way.

2300 hrs., Residential Check/ 5200-5400 Blk 85th Av., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

2306 hrs., Eps/ 5400 Blk 85th Ave/ Officers responded for a male banging on vehicles. Once on scene, officers stopped the subject and he was under the influence of PCP. The subject was transported to PHG.

2330 hrs., Residential Check/ 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Dr., citizen complaint of suspicious activity. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
