0600 hrs., Warrant Service/ 7600 Blk Fontainebleau Dr., officers responded to a suspicious person in the building hallway. Officers located that subject and subsequently arrested her on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to DOC in Upper Marlboro for processing.
0643 hrs., Landlord Tenant Dispute/ 8200 Blk Quentin St., the complainant reported a dispute with the owner. He was referred to Civil court.
0830 hrs., Death/ 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Dr., the complainant wanted a welfare check done for her friend after having not seen her since Saturday when she took ill. Officers found the deceased in her bed. PGFD responded and pronounced. Medical Examiner's office responded to after determining that she died of natural causes released the body to Anatomy board. PGPD Homicide unit and Lt. Lyew were also notified.
0939 hrs., Accident/ Riverdale Rd & Fontainebleau Dr., unit-1 collided with unit 2 at the intersection. Unit-1 driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. Both vehicles were disabled and towed.
1109 hrs., Property Damage/ 6600 Blk Adrian St., the victim's vehicle was struck over the weekend by unknown means.
1150 hrs., Landlord Tenant Dispute/ 5300 Blk 85th Av., officers responded to rental office for disorderly tenant. Upon arrival, the tenant was gone and the complainant was advised.
