1420 hrs., Mps/ 6400 Blk 85th Pl/ Juvenile kids were arguing and the older brother took a cordless phone and struck the sister on the top of the head. The sister sustained a small laceration on the top of her head and fireboard treated her on scene. The parents were advised and arrived on scene.
