0900 hrs., Accident/ Veterans & Ellin Rd., unit-1 and unit-2 collided in the intersection. Unit-1 was disabled and towed. There were no reported injuries.


0930 hrs., Landlord Tenant Dispute/ 8100 Blk Gavin St., the complainant wanted to report her tenant moved out without notice and owed rent. She was referred to civil court.

1010 hrs., Premise Check/ Gavin St. & Quentin St., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

1030 hrs., Business Check/ Plaza 30 Shopping Ctr., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. A foot patrol was conducted with nothing found.

1100 hrs., Field Observation/ Veterans Pkwy & Annapolis Rd., officers observed the subject panhandling. He was stopped, identified, warrant check negative, advised, and released.


1159 hrs., Welfare Check/ NC Metro Station, the complainant stated he was feeling suicidal and wanted to be transported to the hospital for treatment.


1245 hrs., Business Check/ Value City Furniture, all clear.

1345 hrs., Residential Check/ 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Dr., citizen complaint of suspicious activity. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

1539 hrs., Field Observation/ 8500 Blk Madison St., officers conducting a canvass for a suspicious acting subject located him several blocks away from the original incident location. He was stopped, identified, warrant check negative, advised, and released.

1600 hrs., Property Damage/ Lowe's Home Improvement, the complainant discovered his vehicle was damaged while parked in the shopping center lot.




1655 hrs., Welfare Check/ 8200 Blk Legation Rd., the complainant wanted her family member checked on after believing she was suffering from an unknown illness. She was located, PGFD responded then transported her to PGH.
 
1750 HOURS- THEFT- 8200 BLK ANNAPOLIS RD.- CALLER COMPLAINED THAT HER FRIEND LEFT HER AT THE LOCATION AND TOOK HER PURSE. NO THEFT VERIFIED. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT HER MALE FRIEND TO RETRIEVE HER PROPERTY, AND THE MALE RETURNED TO THE LOCATION AND PICKED THE FEMALE UP.


1755 HOURS- TRAFFIC COMPLAINT- 8400 BLK ANNAPOLIS RD.- CITIZEN COMPLAINT OF A VEHICLE OCCUPYING MORE THAN ONE PARKING SPACE. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND CANVASED THE AREA BUT WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE OFFENDING VEHICLE. NO ACTION TAKEN.


1830 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8461 ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.


1855 HOURS- 911 HANG-UP- 7800 BLK RIVERDALE RD. - CHILD CALLED EMERGENCY SERVICES DUE TO HIS PARENTS HAVING A VERBAL DOMESTIC. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND MADE CONTACT WITH ALL INVOLVED PARTIES. BOTH ADULTS DENIED ASSAULT OR INJURY AS A RESULT OF THE INCIDENT; THEY WERE PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED AND REFERRED TO THE COMMISSIONER FOR FURTHER SERVICES.

1923 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 5300 BLK 85TH AVE. - DOMESTIC BETWEEN MALE AND FEMALE OVER A CELL PHONE. MALE ELECTED TO LEAVE THE SCENE WITH FIREBOARD FOR AN UNRELATED MEDICAL ISSUE. BOTH PARTIES WERE PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED AND REFERRED TO THE COMMISSIONERS OFFICE FOR SERVICES DUE TO A MUTUAL AFFRAY, NO VIABLE INJURIES AND CONFLICTING ACCOUNTS.


2027 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 ANNAPOLIS RD.- FOOT PATROL OF THE METRO POINTS. ALL CLEAR.


2100 HOURS- MEDICAL EMERGENCY- 5300 BLK 85TH AVE. - PREGNANT FEMALE FROM PREVIOUS CALL AT THIS LOCATION WAS EXPERIENCING STOMACH PAIN. PGFD RESPONDED AND TRANSPORTED THE FEMALE TO A MEDICAL FACILITY FOR EVALUATION.


2105 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8600 ANNAPOLIS RD.- UNIT 1 FAILED TO YIELD TO UNIT 2 AND WAS SUBSEQUENTLY STRUCK, CAUSING BOTH VEHICLES TTO BECOME DISABLED. DRIVER OF UNIT 1 CLAIMED INJURY AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO DOCTORS HOSPITAL BY PGFD. UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 WERE IMPOUNDED FOR SAFE KEEPING.

AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE REPORTING PERSON WHICH IS THE CHILD'S FATHER, IT WAS LEARNED THAT THE ARRESTED ENTERED THE LOI AND WAS TRYING TO REMOVE THEIR CHILD FROM THE HOME. THE ARRESTED WAS TRANSPORTED TO DOCTORS HOSPITAL FOR HER INJURIES AND THEN TAKEN TO DOC FOR HER CHARGES.

0645 hrs., Residential Check/ 5200-5400 Blk 85th Av., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.


0703 hrs., Hit&Run/ 7600 Blk Powhatan St., the victim stated that he discovered the damage. The incident occurred outside the city and he was provided with a case number for reference.

1000 hrs., MPS/ 7400 Blk Jodie St., officers responded to a residential alarm and found a juvenile asleep in the residence. The investigation revealed that the juvenile lived at that location with father and stepmother. The stepmother was contacted and juvenile released into her custody.


1330 hrs., Business Check/ Metro Points Hotel, all clear.

1400 hrs., Residential Check/ 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Dr., citizen complaint of suspicious activity. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

1410 hrs., Property Damage/ 5800 Blk Lamont Dr., the victim discovered superficial damage to her vehicle.


1440 hrs., Premise Check/ Gavin St. & Quentin St., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

1515 hrs., Business Check/ Plaza 30 Shopping Ctr., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. A foot patrol was conducted with nothing found.

1530 hrs., Field Observation/ Carrollton Pkwy & Lamont Dr., officers students trespassing on private property and one became disorderly. The subject was stopped, identified, warrant check negative, advised then released to their parent.


1610 hrs., 911 Hangup/ Shoppers Food Warehouse, an area check was conducted, nothing found.


1710 hrs., Stolen Auto/ Shoppers Food Warehouse, the complainant stated that someone stole her unattended vehicle however once officers arrived the victim could not be located.

1724 hrs., Suspicious Person/ 8100 Blk Gavin St., the complainant states that she being receiving calls for a process server attempting to serve civil paperwork. She was met and advised.


1820 HOURS- MISSING PERSON- 5900 Blk MENTANA ST.- CALLER STATED THAT THEIR RELATIVE WENT MISSING FROM HIS RESIDENCE IN NORTH CAROLINA. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND MET WITH THE CALLER AND DETERMINED THE MALE IN QUESTION HAD NEVER ARRIVED IN MARYLAND AND HIS LAST KNOWN LOCATION WAS HIS RESIDENCE. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO HAVE THEIR FAMILY/FRIENDS IN NORTH CAROLINA CONTACT LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TO FILE REPORT.


1836 HOURS- M.P.S.- 7600 Blk FOUNTAINEBLEAU DR. - CALLER WANTED TO REPORT THAT HIS DAUGHTER WENT TO A FAMILY MEMBERS HOUSE AND THEN REFUSED TO RETURN HOME. THE CALLER HAD FREQUENT COMMUNICATION WITH HIS DAUGHTER, BUT SHE DESIRED TO LIVE WITH HER MOTHERS FAMILY. THE CALLER WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ON HIS DAUGHTERS FAMILY. THE DAUGHTER RETURNED HOME ON HER OWN. BASED ON CONTRIBUTING CIRCUMSTANCES, THE MATTER WAS REFERRED TO S800.


2020 HOURS- ARMED PERSON- 7600 FOUNTAINEBLEAU DR.  JUVENILE MALE COMPLAINED THAT HE WAS IN A VERBAL ALTERCATION WITH ANOTHER JUVENILE, WORDS AND THREATS WERE EXCHANGED. NO ASSAULT OR WEAPONS WERE VERIFIED. ALL PARTIES WERE ADVISED AND THE JUVENILES WERE PICKED UP BY PARENTS/GUARDIANS.


2058 HOURS- PEDESTRIAN STRUCK- 7700 BLK RIVERDALE RD.- UNIT 1 STRUCK A PEDESTRIAN WHO WAS CROSSING THE PARKING LOT IN A MARKED CROSSWALK. THE PEDESTRIAN SUFFERED MINOR INJURY AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO DOCTORS HOSPITAL PGFD. DRIVER OF UNIT 1 AND THE PEDESTRIAN WERE PROVIDED CASE NUMBER FOR THIS INCIDENT.

2115 HOURS- ACCIDENT- LAMONT DR./RIVERDALE RD.- UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 AT THE STOP LIGHT CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION.


2125 HOURS- RETURNED MISSING- 7600 FOUNTAINEBLEAU DR. - FAIRFAX COUNTY PD REQUESTED OFFICERS RESPOND TO THIS LOCATION TO CHECK FOR A MISSING JUVENILE. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE MISSING, WHO WAS CONFIRMED THROUGH NCIC, TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND TRANSPORTED TO A NEUTRAL LOCATION WHERE HER FATHER TOOK CUSTODY OF HER. TELETYPE AND FAIRFAX COUNTY PD NOTIFIED.

2330 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- METRO POINTS- HOTEL MANAGEMENT REQUESTED THAT A NON-PATRON BE REMOVED FROM THE HOTEL LOBBY. THE MALE WAS STOPPED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPGHED, BARRED BY MANAGEMENT, THEN SENT ON HIS WAY. REPORT WRITTEN- NCP1604250037
