 0603 HOURS- " FIGHT"- 7700 BLOCK TOPTON STREET- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA AFTER AN ANONYMOUS CALLER STATED APPROXIMATELY 30 PEOPLE WERE OUTSIDE OF THE LOCATION FIGHTING. UPON ARRIVAL, OFFICERS DID NOT OBSERVE ANY DISORDER OR DISTURBANCE; THERE WAS NO ONE OUTSIDE AT THIS TIME. 

0715 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 7600 BLOCK FOUNTAINEBLEAU DRIVE- OFFICERS RESPONDED FOR A COMPLAINT OF A WOMAN SLEEPING ON TOO OF AN A/C UNIT OUTSIDE OF SOMEONE’S APARTMENT

0835 HOURS- DOMESTIC DISPUTE- 7800 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER STATED HIS FIANCÉ DESTROYED HIS PROPERTY; HE WAS REFERRED TO THE DISTRICT COURTS FOR RELIEF 

0942 HOURS- “STOLEN VEHICLE”- 6200 BLOCK WESTBROOK DRIVE- OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED HIS VEHICLE WAS STOLEN HOWEVER HE IS NOT THE REGISTERED OWNER; HE WAS ADVISED TO CONFIRM THAT THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE OWNER’S POSSESSION AND IF NOT THE OWNER WOULD HAVE TO REPORT IT STOLEN.

1047 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD - AN INFORMATION EXCHANGE WAS CONDUCTED AND PROVIDED TO TWO DRIVERS INVOLVED IN A MINOR FENDER BENDER IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE SHOPPING CENTER.

1150 HOURS- VEHICLE RELEASE- NCPD H.Q.- A VEHICLE RELEASE COULD NOT BE GRANTED DUE TO THE CALLER NOT HAVING PROPER DOCUMENTATION; HE WAS ADVISED.

1200 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD- AN OFFICER WAS FLAGGED DOWN BU A CITIZEN WHO STATED HER ELDERLY MOTHER IS A NEW CARROLLTON RESIDENT LIVING WITH HER ELDEST SISTER WHO IS MENTALLY ILL AND HAS BECOME VIOLENT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS; SHE WAS REFERRED TO THE DISTRICT COURTS FOR RELIEF AND ADVISED TO CALL FOR EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE DURING HER SISTER’S VIOLENT EPISODES.

1305 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5300-5400 BLOCK OF 85TH AVENUE - OFFICERS ON PATROL CONDUCTED A PREMISE CHECK OF THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED.

1415 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK OF KAREN ELAINE DRIVE - OFFICERS CONDUCTED A PREMISE CHECK AT THE LOCATION IN SEARCH FOR ANY SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES, AND/OR ACTIVITIES; NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED AT THIS TIME.

1445 HOURS- VEHICLE RELEASE- NCPD H.Q.- A VEHICLE RELEASE WAS GRANTED AFTER THE CALLER PROVIDED THE PROPER DOCUMENTS.

1500 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6100 BLOCK OF 85TH PLACE- OFFICERS ON PATROL CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED.    

1540 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6100- 6500 BLOCK OF LAMONT DRIVE- OFFICERS ON PATROL CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED.

1550 HOURS- WELFARE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK CARROLLTON PKWY- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER AN OUT OF STATE CALLER STATED HE WANTED TO CHECK ON HIS ELDERLY MOTHER’S WELL BEING HOWEVER, UPON ARRIVAL OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER’S BROTHER WHO STATED THEIR MOTHER WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND THAT THE FMAILY HAS ACTUALLY BEEN AVOIDING THE CALLER DUE TO THE THREATENING DIALOGUE HE’S HAD WITH THEIR MOM. HE WAS ASVISED TO SEEK FURTHER RELIEF THROUGH THE COURTS. 

1615 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6300 BLOCK OF 85TH AVE- OFFICERS ON PATROL CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED.  

1700 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300- 8400 BLOCK OF 85TH AVE - OFFICERS ON PATROL CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED.   

1750 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5800-6300 BLOCK OF WESTBROOK DRIVE- OFFICERS ON PATROL CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED.   

 

1805 hours- Residential Alarm- 6200 block 87th Avenue: Communications advised an alarm was coming from this location. Officers arrived on scene and observed all exterior windows and doors secured. Officers met with the homeowner who stated his daughter came home and forgot to deactivate the alarm system. (No report)

 

1813 hours- Traffic Complaint- 7500 block Riverdale Road: Communications advised a vehicle was illegally parked in a handicap parking spot without a handicap parking decal. Upon Officers arrival, the vehicle was already gone on arrival. (No report)

 

1917 hours- Premise Check- 8400 block Annapolis Road: Officers checked the area, all was clear.

 

2010 hours- Traffic Stop- 7900 block Annapolis Road: Officers conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation. Driver was advised and sent on their way.

 

2106 hours- Parking Complaint- 7800 block Riverdale Road: Communications advised an anonymous caller stated a vehicle was parked next to cones in the parking lot. Officers did not observe any parking violation. (No report)

 

2120 hours- Disorderly- 7700 block Riverdale Road: Caller advised someone is arguing with the security officer and refuses to wear a mask upon entry inside the store. Prior to officer’s arrival, the customer inside the store had left without incident. (No report)

 

2123 hours- Party Complaint- 8300 block Fremont Street: Communications advised an anonymous caller stated people are outside at the residence with no masks on. Officers arrived on scene and did not observe anyone outside. (No report)

 

2203 hours- Party Complaint- 8300 block Fremont Street:  Communications advised an anonymous caller stated people are outside at the residence with no masks on. Officers responded to the area and observed nobody outside. (No report)

 

2218 hours- Loud Music- 8400 block Quintana street: Communications advised loud music was coming from this location. Officers responded to the location and observed no music coming from the area. officers observed kids running outside the house. (No report)

 

2228 hours- Hit and Run- 8300 block Cathedral Avenue: The caller stated a vehicle struck his parked vehicle and caused damages. Officers responded and the caller stated that the only reason he called is to notify the police. The caller stated that he does not need a report because he does not want his insurance to go up, since it's just a bump on the bumper. (No report)

 

2337 hours- Family Dispute- 7700 block Powhatan Street; Officers responded to this location and met with the caller. The caller stated she has constant arguments with her son's girlfriend. The caller wanted to know how to obtain a restraining order. The caller was advised. (No report)

 

2347 hours- Party Complaint- 8300 block Fremont Street: Communications advised an anonymous caller stated people are outside at the residence with no masks on. Officers responded to the area and observed nobody outside. (No report) 

 

2349 hours- Loud Music- 6002 Westbrook Drive: Communications advised loud music was coming from the area. Officers arrived on scene and heard loud music coming from the residence backyard. Officers spoke with the homeowner and advised them about the city music ordinance. (No report)

 

0044 hours- Premise check- 8100 block Annapolis Road: Officers checked the area, all was clear.

 

0123 hours- premise Check- 7600 block Fontainebleau Drive: Officers checked the area, all was clear.

 

0254- Traffic Stop- 7100 block Good Luck Road: Officers conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation. Driver was advised and sent on his way. 

 

0302 hours- Occupied Vehicle- Legation Road and Westbrook Drive: Officers observed a vehicle parked in the parking lot with occupants inside. Officers made contact and was informed they were talking. Officers advised them on trespassing policies and sent them on their way. (No report)
