Male half called stated he attempted to contact the Uber driver from last night, because his Iphone was shown to be at the address above. Male half knocked and called and the driver refused to pick up or answer. Officers arrived on scene and knocked as well. Males came to the door and stated we did not need to knock that loud. After several minutes of discussion it was revealed the phone was in the vehicle and the driver finally retrieved it for the owner.

0900 hrs., 8500 Blk Annapolis Rd/ Disorderly (Dispute)/ Female called stating the male (her ex boyfriend) was yelling at her and they were fighting. Male half stated he wanted the female half out of his room because she stole $10.00 from him and she needed to pay it back. Female half began to state that the vehicle was hers and he kept getting into it and arguing with her, when she decided to walk away from Officers, because they were not telling her what she wanted to hear. Both parties were uncooperative but advised of Protective orders and filing charges
0930 hrs., Business Check/ Metropoints complex, Foot patrol, check clear.
0940 hrs., 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Dr. / Disorderly Call, female called stating male living in the apartment above her was pouring an unknown substance in her vents. Female had a Peace Order against the male half. When Officers attempted to make contact with the male half there was no answer at the door. She was advised to contact the courts on Monday about the incident.
1040 hrs., 5400 Blk 85th Ave. / Harassment, male stated that friends of his and his girlfriend beat him up last night and he wanted to know what to do. He was advised of warrant and protection order being that he knows the names of the persons involved.

1145 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Blk of 85th Ave, persons complaining of suspicious persons gathering and being disorderly, check clear.

1345 hrs., 7500 Blk Riverdale Rd / Roomate Dispute, male stated the female roomate told him she would kill him if he did not pay the rent. Female half was Gone prior to Officer's arrival. Male half was advised of warrant and protective order.
1415 hrs., 85th Ave at Longfellow St./ Accident, minor damage with no injuries, information was exchanged both vehicles were drivable.
1500 hrs., Business Check/ CVS Pharmacy, check clear.
1545 hrs., Business Check/ 7-11, check clear.
1600 hrs., 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Dr. / Theft, male called stated he left someone, that he trusted, in his apartment and they ended up having a party last night. Male stated there was damage done to the apartment and he needed a police report. Male was advised by Officers that he illegally sublet ed the apartment and he will be held responsible for the damage that was done, he stated he did not know that. He was also advised he can proceed to the Commissioners Office and file charges on the persons as well if he wished.

1828 Hours Premise Check 8400 block of Annapolis road Plaza 30 Shopping Center- all clear
1945 Hours- Mandatory premise check- 5400 Blk 85th avenue.- complaints of males loitering, trespassing, smoking c.d.s. and drinking. Area was canvased, no violations were observed.
2015 Hours- Premise check- 8461 Annapolis rd. - all clear.
2050 Hours- Premise check- 5500 block of Karen Elaine Drive. - All clear
2100 Hours- Premise check- Darcars- all clear.
2120 Hours- Suspicious person- 5400 Blk 85th avenue- citizen reported a suspicious person standing near dumpster. Officers arrived on scene, canvassed the area with nothing found.
2345 Hours- Premise check- 8461 Annapolis rd. - all clear.
