After further discussion it was discovered she had mental issues and used her cousins children to get money from people. The mother of children was contacted to come and get the children. Female was taken by her husband to a facility in District of Columbia for assistance.
1320 hrs., 6600 Blk Chestnut Ct./ Identity Theft, once on scene Officer and Victim contacted PayPal, who stated they were closing the account and there was no monetary loss on either end. The Account got closed before any transactions could be made on it.
1340 hrs., 7700 Blk Riverdale Rd ./ Suspicious Vehicle Occupied, two males were sitting inside a running vehicle that were unknown to the caller. Caller stated they were just suspicious looking. Officers spoke with and identified the males in the vehicle and they live in the complex.

The suspect took her purse and fled on foot down Mahoney toward Riverdale Rd.

1932 Citizen Robbery/ Legation Rd @ Mahoney Dr The victim was walking from Shoppers on Riverdale Rd. She advised she noticed S-1 B/M, approx 5'5, dark complexion, armed with silver handgun. The incident took place at Legation Rd at Mahoney Dr. The suspect approached the victim and stated you scared? Then produced a handgun and stated give me your purse before I shoot you. The suspect took her purse and fled on foot down Mahoney toward Riverdale Rd.
PGPD RST, K9 responded to the victims residence. K9 did not track due to foot traffic in the area. Air 1 was requested, but did not respond. A perimeter was established and area was canvassed. The victim was not injured during the incident.

Officers gave chase making apprehension of A-1 at 7700 Blk Riverdale Road. The other suspect fled onto Karen Elaine Drive
