1541 Hours- Theft- 8400 Blk Annapolis Rd- Stolen cell phone from outside NCPD Jurisdiction was GPS located within city limits. Officers were unable to locate the cell phone. The caller was advised to cancel the phone service and notify Howard County Detectives.

1429 Hours- Telephone Miss-Use- 8300 Blk Annapolis Rd.- Hispanic Female approached Officers at this location complaining that her Ex-Boyfriend was harassing her via telephone. She was provided case numbers for reference and referred to the court commissioner for services.
1541 Hours- Theft- 8400 Blk Annapolis Rd- Stolen cell phone from outside NCPD Jurisdiction was GPS located within city limits. Officers were unable to locate the cell phone. The caller was advised to cancel the phone service and notify Howard County Detectives.
1600 Hours- 911 Hand-Up- 7600 Fountainbleu Dr- Special needs adult accidentally dialed 911, His mother was advised.
1610 Hours- Accident with injury- Westbrook Dr/Powhatan St.- Unit #1 struck unit #2 causing damage to both vehicles. driver and pregnant passenger of unit #2 were transported to PG Hospital Unit #2 was impounded for sake keeping.
