0736 Hours – Vehicle Accident with Injury– Good Luck Road/Leahy Road: Officers responded to a pedestrian struck. The child was transported to the Children’s Hospital, where he was treated for a minor injury. The child was released to their guardian. Report Generated



0841 Hours – Hit and Run – 5900 Block of 85th Avenue: Officers responded and spoke to the vehicle owner’s son, who stated his father was not home. Officers spoke to the owner and advised him to call 911 when he gets home.



1300 Hours - Fraud - 8500 Block of Annapolis Road: Officers spoke with the victim, who stated that she had given money to a former hotel employee when she attempted to book a party. The hotel employee never informed the hotel of the party and ended up stealing the victim’s money. The New Carrollton DB arrived on the scene and took control of the investigation.

1436 Hours – Citizen Armed Robbery – 6600 Block of Adrian Street: Officers met with two juvenile victims who stated they were approached by several suspects who struck them in the head with a rifle, punched and robbed them for their sneakers. The suspects then fled in a Gray Honda. Officers canvassed the area, but the suspects made good on their escape.
