0736 Hours – Vehicle Accident with Injury– Good Luck Road/Leahy Road: Officers responded to a pedestrian struck. The child was transported to the Children’s Hospital, where he was treated for a minor injury. The child was released to their guardian. Report Generated



0841 Hours – Hit and Run – 5900 Block of 85th Avenue: Officers responded and spoke to the vehicle owner’s son, who stated his father was not home. Officers spoke to the owner and advised him to call 911 when he gets home.



1300 Hours - Fraud - 8500 Block of Annapolis Road: Officers spoke with the victim, who stated that she had given money to a former hotel employee when she attempted to book a party. The hotel employee never informed the hotel of the party and ended up stealing the victim’s money. The New Carrollton DB arrived on the scene and took control of the investigation.

1436 Hours – Citizen Armed Robbery – 6600 Block of Adrian Street: Officers met with two juvenile victims who stated they were approached by several suspects who struck them in the head with a rifle, punched and robbed them for their sneakers. The suspects then fled in a Gray Honda. Officers canvassed the area, but the suspects made good on their escape.   0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
