0838 Hours- Welfare Check- 5800 Block of Nystrom St: Officers arrived at the specified location to conduct a welfare check. Upon their arrival, a resident informed them that his elderly neighbor had not picked up his mail for several days. The officers knocked on the door and spoke with the elderly man, who mentioned that it was too cold for him to retrieve the mail. No Report

The results indicated that the vehicle was unregistered and had a pick-up order associated with the tags. Consequently, the vehicle was ticketed, and the license plates were removed and secured in NCPD property. Additionally, the vehicle was impounded for safekeeping. Report Generated

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
