0823 Hours – Commercial Alarm – 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: Officers responded and spoke with the church employee, who stated that he had accidentally set off the alarm.



1132 Hours – Vehicle Accident – 8500 Block of Annapolis Road: Officers assisted two drivers with an information exchange.



1307 Hours – Assist Landover Hills PD – Parkwood Street/72nd Ave: Officers assisted another agency on a traffic stop.




1320 Hours – Check Welfare – 6500 Block of Jodie Street: A concerned citizen reported that two infants were left home alone. Officers responded and spoke to their Guardian, who stated she has been home the entire time and did not want to open her door to a stranger.






2106 Hours -Missing Person- 5800 Block of Lamont Dr: Officers responded to this location for a report of a missing juvenile. It was found that the juvenile was in their room, sleeping under the bed, and in good health.

2320 Hours -MPS- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to this location for a report of a hit-and-run. While speaking with the caller, they advised that a second party possibly pointed a firearm at them to deter them from following the suspect vehicle; however, due to lighting conditions, the victim could not verify if a firearm was actually pointed. A written statement was provided and collected.

Both vehicles were impounded, and officers were able to exchange information for both drivers. Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was already gone. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the caller, who advised that his vehicle was missing. Further investigation revealed the vehicle had been impounded for a parking violation.
