Quentin Street: The caller stated that someone scammed her over the
phone for $11,000. Officers responded to the location and gathered all the
information for the report and advised the caller. Report generated

Nystrom Street: The caller stated that they observed a suspicious male in the
area yesterday, and they want to speak to the officers. Officers called the
caller and advised them. No report

84th Avenue: The unknown caller stated that there are people smoking CDS in the
car at the location.
1805 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK OF
ANNAPOLIS ROAD- OFFICERS ON PATROL CONDUCTED A PREMISE CHECK OF THE AREA
FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED.
1900 HOURS- TOW DISPUTE- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE-
OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER, A TOW
TRUCK DRIVER WHO WAS TOWING A VEHICLE THAT WAS PARKED IN THE FIRE LANE AND ALSO
BLOCKING THE TRASH DISPOSAL. THE OWNER WAS ADVISED AND HE FINALLY AGREED TO PAY
THE DROP FEE TO THE CALLER. AT WHICH TIME, THE CALLER CEASED TOWING ON THE
VEHICLE AND THE OWNER WAS ADVISED.
1911 HOURS- FAMILY DISPUTE- 7600 BLOCK
RIVERDALE ROAD - THE CALLER HAD ARRIVED ON SCENE MOMENTS LATER. THE
CALLER'S STATEMENTS WERE UNFOUNDED AT THIS TIME AND OFFICERS WERE
UNABLE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER'S BROTHER WHO WAS NOT ON SCENE; SHE
WAS ADVISED TO SEEK ASSISTANCE FROM THE DISTRICT COURT COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE.
2004 HOURS- PROPERTY DAMAGE- 5800 BLOCK
NYSTROM STREET- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLERSTATED THE
OWNER OF THE HOUSE WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL LAST WEEK AND HAS NOT
RETURNED, BUT THAT THE FRONT DOOR WAS OPEN. UPON ARRIVAL, OFFICERS OBSERVED THE
FRONT DOOR OF THE RESIDENCE COMPLETELY OFF THE HINGES RESTING ON A HORRENDOUS
AMOUNT OF TRASH AND DEBRIS PILED HIGH UP FROM THE FLOOR TO THE CEILING INSIDE
THE HOME. OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO PULL THE DOOR OUTWARD AND CLIMB THROUGH PILES
OF DEBRIS TO ENSURE THE RESIDENCE WAS VACANT. PUBLIC WORKS PERSONNEL; HE
ARRIVED ON SCENE AND BOARDED THE FRONT DOOR TO SECURE IT. FOLLOW UP
NOTIFICATIONS WERE MADE TO THE CODE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION AS THEY'VE BEEN
PREVIOUSLY NOTIFIED ABOUT THE CONDITIONS OF THIS RESIDENCE. THERE IS STILL NO
INFORMATION ON HOW THE DOOR WAS DETACHED.

BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD - THIS TIME THE BROTHER WAS SITTING IN THE PATIO LOCKED
OUT OF THE RESIDENCE. THE CALLER HAD PLACED HER BROTHER'S PROPERTY BACK INSIDE
THE RESIDENCE AFTER SHE HAD SET IT OUT, GIVING HIM REASON TO REQUEST ACCESS
BACK INTO THE RESIDENCE. AT THIS TIME, A WARRANT CHECK WAS CONDUCTED YIELDING
NEGATIVE RESULTS. THE BROTHER ELECTED TO LEAVE THE RESIDENCE. THE CALLER WAS
ONCE AGAIN ADVISED TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE DISTRICT COURT'S
COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE. A REPORT WAS WRITTEN FOR DOCUMENTATION.

89TH AVE & SPRING AVE- AN OFFICER RESPONDED TO CHECK ON A VEHICLE
DISPLAYING A PARKING VIOLATION; PARKING CITATIONS WERE ISSUED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
2319 HOURS- ASSIST FIREBOARD ( VEHICLE ON
FIRE)- 8500 BLOCK FREMONT STREET- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION ONLY TO
DISCOVER FIREBOARD HAD ALREADY PUT THE SMALL FIRE OUT ON THE VEHICLE AND WERE
CLEARING THE SCENE. THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF FOUL PLAY NOR WAS ANYONE INJURED.
THE VEHICLE WAS OLD AND CAUGHT FIRE ON IT'S OWN, DAMAGING THE MECHANICS UNDER
THE HOOD. THE INCIDENT WAS HANDLED BY FIREBOARD.
0021 HOURS- THEFT FROM AUTO- 5200 BLOCK 85TH
AVE- AN OFFICER RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO
STATED SHE DISCOVERED THE REAR REGISTRATION PLATE TO HER RENTAL VEHICLE WAS
MISSING. THE OFFICER OBSERVED THE SCREWS THAT HOLD THE REGISTRATION PLATE IN
PLACE ON THE GROUND UNDER THE VEHICLE. ALL INFORMATION WAS OBTAINED FOR THE
REPORT. THE CALLER WAS PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS AND ADVISED. PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY
TELECOMMUNICATIONS WAS NOTIFIED.

HE BE LOCATED AFTER CANVASSING THE SURROUNDING AREA. THE CALLER STATED ALL OF
HER BROTHER'S PROPERTY WAS GONE FROM INSIDE THE RESIDENCE, SHE ASSUMES HE CAME
IN WHILE SHE WAS GONE. SHE WAS ADVISED ON HOW TO PROCEED TO GET THE PAPERWORK
SERVED; OFFICERS WERE UNABLE TO DO SO AT THIS TIME AS HER BROTHER COULD NOT BE
LOCATED.

0310 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS
ROAD SUITE - IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE ROOM HOLDER HAD REQUESTED THAT THREE OF
HER GUEST LEAVE AFTER A HEATED ARGUMENT. THE PROBLEM HALVES ELECTED TO LEAVE;
ALL PARTIES WERE ADVISED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
0311 HOURS- RETURN CALL ( FAMILY
DISPUTE)- 7600 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD – THE CALLER FLAGGED OFFICERS DOWN
STATING HER BROTHER RETURNED TO THE RESIDENCE. OFFICERS MET THE CALLER AT HER
RESIDENCE, WHICH WAS CLEAR, HER BROTHER WAS NOT DISCOVERED AT OR AROUND THE
PREMISES. OFFICERS ATTEMPTED TO ASSIST THE CALLER BY CONTACTING EMERGENCY
MAINTENANCE TO CHANGE THE LOCKS ON HER DOOR SINCE SHE ALLEGES THAT HER BROTHER
TOOK HER PHONE WHICH WAS HER ONLY WAY OF REQUESTING EMERGENCY SERVICES, HOWEVER
WHEN MAINTENANCE ARRIVED THE CALLER DID NOT ANSWER THE DOOR. AT THIS POINT, THE
PROTECTIVE ORDER REMAINS UNSEVERED AS OFFICERS COULD NOT LOCATE THE RESPONDENT.
0400 HOURS-( RETURN CALL) DISORDERLY- 8500 BLOCK
ANNAPOLIS ROAD - WHILE OFFICERS ATTEMPTED TO DE-ESCALATE THE ARGUING, SEVERAL
PARTIES ATTEMPTED TO FIGHT ONE ANOTHER IN OFFICER'S PRESENCE, HOWEVER WERE
UNSUCCESSFUL. OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO GET ALL PARTIES UNDER CONTROL WITH THE
ASSISTANCE OF SEVERAL ADDITIONAL UNITS. AS A RESULT OF THEIR BEHAVIOR, THE
HOTEL ELECTED TO HAVE THEM ALL REMOVED AND BARRED FROM THE LOCATION. ALL
PARTIES WERE ISSUED BARRING NOTICES, ADVISED, AND PROPERLY ESCORTED OUT THE
PREMISES WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
