0722 Hrs. Premise Check 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Shoppers Food, check clear.

0830 Hrs. Premise Check 8200 block Annapolis Rd. CVS, check clear.

0923 Hrs. Check Welfare 5400 block 85th Ave. / Officers responded to the listed location for a check on a welfare check of a male subject who was found by a friend unresponsive on his living room floor by a friend. Fire and EMS provided medical care to the male subject. The male subject refused to be transported to the hospital for further treatment. At this time fire and EMS cleared the scene, officers took photos of the damage to the door to complete a property damage report.

1124 Hrs. Armed Person 8500 block Annapolis Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for reports of a male subject sitting at a bus stop with a gun. Once on scene officers canvassed the area and surrounding bus stops with negative results. Officers were then informed that the male subject may have been involved in a domestic dispute and had a firearm that had been observed in a holster on his hip. All parties involved were GOA and weren't identified as hotel guests.

1215 Hrs. Residential Alarm 5400 85th Ave. Officers responded to the listed location for an alarm with a motion from the living room window. Once on scene officers noticed the apartment was completely vacant with all windows and doors secured with bars with no sensors on any of the windows.

1330 Hrs. Theft from Auto 8300 block Annapolis Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for a theft from auto report. The victim stated he's a resident of Temple Hill, Maryland. At this time the victim was advised and placed in contact with the Prince George's County Police Department to file a report. 

1349 Hrs. Family Dispute 7300 block Oakcrest Dr. Officers responded to the listed location for a family dispute. Officers then made several attempts to contact the caller's family inside the residence by phone and knocking at the door with negative results. While knocking at the door officers observed an opened ground-level window and advised the caller he can make entry through that point. As the caller entered the window the caller's father started yelling to not let him in. The father was then advised that the caller was a resident of the home and that he can't illegally evict him from the residence. The family then explained that the caller was constantly leaving the residence to support his habit and returning when he wanted to put the family at risk for the COIVD-19. Both parents who are elderly suffer from very serious medical conditions and were in fear for their health, all parties were advised.

1653 Hrs. Trespassing Complaint 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Shoppers Food Officers responded to the listed location for a male subject who has been trespassing at the listed location. Upon the officer's arrival, the male subject was GOA.

1711 Hrs. Domestic Dispute 5300 block 85th Ave. The caller stated she has obtained a Protective Order for her ex-husband who's not on scene. Officers made contact with the caller and advised to have the Prince George's County Sheriffs to serve him since he no longer resides in the City of New Carrollton.

2131 Check Welfare/ 6600 block Chestnut Ave / the caller advised a vehicle drive onto their lawn. Officers made contact with the driver who was sleep and intoxicated. The driver was detained and cited. The driver was transported to Doctors by EMS and the vehicle impound. Report written

0045 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / the area was clear 

0118 Carjacking/ 7000 block Annapolis Rd / the suspect was wanted from two earlier carjacking’s in the county. The incident was handled by PGPD and MPD. 

0230 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / it was business as usual. 

0250 Attempted Theft From Auto/ 8400 block Longfellow St / a citizen approached officers and advised she was alerted by her Ring camera a male in all black attempted to gain entry into her vehicle. Officers responded and canvassed the area with negative results. No report

0330 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr and surrounding streets were clear.

0420 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / it was business as usual.

0500 Premise Check/ Legation Rd at Nicholson St and surrounding streets / the area was clear.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
