Person-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers made contact with the male who, when
upon knocking on the window, was unresponsive, for this reason, officers
opened the male's door, who then awoke and advised he was only sleeping
and did not hear the knocking. While speaking to the male officers observed a
jar in the passenger seat of suspected marijuana. The marijuana was recovered,
the male was checked negative for warrants and sent on his way.

hours- Armed Suspicious Persons (arrest) - 5400 block 85th Avenue- Officers responded to the area for a report of several
males were firing shots near the location. A firearm was recovered near the location
the males were initially gathered at. The male was transported to Prince
George's Hospital for medical evaluation and clearance after complaining of
injury. The male was then transported to Upper Marlboro Department of
Corrections for a presentation of charges. Members of the NCPD Command staff
were on scene. The recovered Firearm was placed into NCPD property.

hours- Accident/Recovered Firearm (arrest) - 8400 block Annapolis Road - Officers discovered that the female attempted to drive off
when the male half opened the driver side door, turning the wheel, all
while the vehicle was in motion causing him to become visibly injured. A
firearm was recovered from the male's person. The male was taken to Prince
George's Hospital for the injuries he sustained during the accident. The male
was transported to Upper Marlboro Department of Corrections for a presentation
of charges. The recovered Firearm was placed into NCPD property. The
vehicle was impounded by Charlie's Towing service. Both parties involved were
checked negative for warrants and photographed. The female was released,
provided case numbers and advised. Members of the NCPD Command staff were
on scene. An ACRS was completed.

dangerous substance near the location. The C.D.S. was placed into NCPD property

hours- Armed Suspicious Person (arrest) - 7000 block Good Luck Road - A dispute had ensued between two males. One of the males
grabbed a kitchen knife and made serious threats to cause the other male bodily
injury made contact with the male and recovered a large blade kitchen knife
next to the male resting on a cot. The male was subsequently arrested and
transported to Hyattsville Department of Corrections for a presentation of
charges. The male was also barred from the location by the caller.

hours- Family dispute- 7600 block Topton Street- Officers were initially dispatched to the location for a
fight. PGPD Officers responded due to all NCPD Officers being occupied with
other emergency calls for service. PGPD advised there was no fight just a
family that had too much to drink for the holidays, they were advised.

hours- Suspicious person- 6400 block 85th Avenue- Officers responded to the location and made contact with
the caller who stated he observed suspicious activity through his ring
doorbell camera. The caller observed several males running away from
Robert Frost Elementary School after three loud bangs were heard through the
security footage. Officers canvassed the entire perimeter of the school
yielding negative results for suspicious persons, evidence of damage, and/or
bullet casings. The caller was advised.
