was discovered that the male resides out of state and was trying to make
arrangements to get back home. The male was not observed inside the location;
he was advised and sent on his way without incident.

Street- Officers were approached by a citizen who stated a woman was
walking in the middle of the street near the location and smacked his vehicle
with an open palm causing no damage. Officers canvassed the area and
surrounding areas for the female yielding negative results.

1913 hours- Suspicious unoccupied vehicle- 5600 block 87th Avenue- While
patrolling the area, an Officer observed a parking violation. The vehicle's
registration information was checked to be valid, however a parking citation
was issued for the violation observed.

2036 hours- Landlord/Tenant dispute- 7600 block Topton Street-
The caller stated she provided a tenant of the residence a handwritten eviction
notice that he signed agreeing to vacate the residence by January 1st. However,
the caller's written agreement was not notarized nor was it legally credible.
She was advised to seek proper documentation from the District Courts; she was
also referred to the Commissioner's office after stating the tenant made
threats against her. The tenant was also advised on his options.

Officers responded to the location initially for a male who was feeling
suicidal however, upon arrival, Officers discovered that the man was actually
having an allergic reaction to a newly prescribed medication. Fire board
arrived on scene and transported the male to the hospital for medical
evaluation.
