The caller was intoxicated and became upset when officer's question the legitimacy of her complaint.  No report 0710 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. - the area was clear. 0835 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. - the area was clear. 1119 Theft/ 6500 block Inlet St - caller advised the resident is refusing to pay him after working on the property. The caller was a contractor who allegedly stole the victim’s jewelry box. Both parties were provided case numbers.
