Officers made contact with both drivers who did not display or claim any
injuries and had already exchanged insurance information. Both vehicles were
operable; both drivers were advised.

the area clearing the previous accident and were flagged down by a citizen who
stated there was an accident in the parking lot in front of the Pop's Seafood.

Officers conducted traffic enforcement measures for violations observed at the
above location. Officers stopped drivers for moving violations and issued
citations and warnings to the offending drivers — no impounds or arrests were

stated he last had his wallet at the TD Bank when he was conducting a bank
transaction, however TD Bank stated they have not recovered or received any
