0822 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. & surrounding streets the area was clear. 

0837 Disorderly/ 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. - caller advised his roommate hasn’t paid rent for June. The caller was advised the matter needs to be handle in landlord tenant court. The caller was provided the address. No report

0930 Premise Check/ Adrian St & Chestnut Ave the area was clear. 

1130 Residential Alarm/ 6500 block Lamont Dr. - alarm from the front door. The front door was not secure. Officers checked the residence for negative intrusion. The front door was secured and a business card left. No report

1208 Accident/ 85th Ave @ Annapolis Rd - parties exchanged information with the assistance of officers. No report 

1240 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd - the area was clear. 

1330 Premise Check/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd - the area was clear. 

1430 Fight/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - caller advised a male was about to fight them over a parking space. Officers verified there was no fight just a verbal disagreement over a parking space. Parties exchanged information and case numbers provided for reference. No report

1643 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - caller advised a dispute with the nail tech. Upon officer’s arrival, the caller and tech came to an understanding. No report

1838 HOURS-Commercial Alarm-8500 block Annapolis Rd. - Officers responded to this location for a report of an alarm being activated at this location. It was found that an employee accidentally activated the alarm upon exiting the establishment.

1915 HOURS-Accident-Lamont Dr. @ Westbrook Dr. - Officers responded to this location for a report of a two-vehicle accident causing minor damage. Officers once on scene were able to facilitate an information exchange.

1932 HOURS-Check Welfare-5400 block 85th Ave.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a juvenile who appeared to be locked out of his residence on his balcony. Once on scene, Officers met with the father of the child, who was inside of the residence gathering items for the child while he was playing.

2022 HOURS-Suspicious Person-5300 block 85th Ave.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a disorderly male. The male was transported to PGPD District 2 for a blood alcohol test, where he refused to submit to the test, after having agreed to submit to the test on scene. The male was transported to Hyattsville Department of Corrections where he was issued his citations and charged with disorderly conduct.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
