0710 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd - the area was clear.

0750 Accident/ 7500 block Riverdale Rd - the caller gave the wrong location. The accident was on Veterans @ Riverdale Rd and was handled by PGPD. No report

0900 Premise Check/ Powhatan @ Lamont Dr. and surrounding streets - the area was clear.

1117 Check Welfare/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd - Officers met with the caller who advised he just spoke to his employee who over slept. No report

1155 Theft/ 6000 block 85th Pl - the caller sold the vehicle to a company who refused to pay the agreed amount and will not return the vehicle. The caller was advised to seek assistance from the District Court Commissioner’s office. No report

1219 Accident/ 6200 block 87th Ave - caller advised of an accident outside of the city on the 4th. They were advised to contact PGPD. No report

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
