0700-0720 hrs., Westbrook Dr. and Powhatan St/ Crosswalk Detail,
detail completed without incident.
0732 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Domestic Dispute, caller
stated they could hear the neighbor upstairs banging on the door and
yelling. Caller stated it was a 50 year old male banging on the
door. Officers located the male who stated he and his room-mate were
having an argument because she was being loud and not letting him sleep while
he had to study for exams. The female half advised the male half woke her
up by pulling her covers off and yelling about his exams. Female half
stated the male half pushed her outside and locked her out. Both parties
were advised of what actions they could take and what to do to not argue

hrs., Residential check/ 5400 Block of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint of
Suspicious Persons loitering in the building hallways, laundry rooms, front of
buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.
0930 hrs.,
Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.
0955 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Suspicious Vehicle
unoccupied, vehicle was parked behind the shopping center in a location
unoccupied. The driver of the vehicle was inside another vehicle (moving
truck) giving directions for movers to go to his residence.
1030 hrs.,
Business check/ New Carrollton City Pool, check clear.
1050 hrs., Annapolis Rd and Veterans Hwy/ Vehicle Accident, both
vehicles had minor damage and no injuries reported on scene by any party.
Information was exchanged between parties by Officers.
1145 hrs., 7700 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop
cleared without incident.
1206 hrs., 7-11/ Suspicious Person, Manager called stating there
was a male bothering customers at the business. Male left prior to
Officers arrival, Officers searched the area and located the male
walking. Officers stopped, identified him, and advised him. REPORT

1235 hrs.,
Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.
1305 hrs., 7-11/ Check on the welfare, caller (taxi driver) brought
the female to the business, after stating to her he felt she may need to go to
the hospital. Officers located the female who stated she was just
released from the hospital but felt like she needed to go back today. The
call was handled by fire board.
1335 hrs., 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Caller stated a
female refused to pay for the services they received from the nail salon.
The female walked out and went to Starbucks were she ordered a drink and then
locked herself in the bathroom. Starbucks employees stated she was in there
for several minutes and they wanted her out. She came out of the bathroom
and began yelling that Officers were harassing her. Once she calmed down
we explained she needed to pay for the services she obtained from the Nail
Salon. She stated she was but she needed to go get money first.
Officers spoke to the nail salon and they stated as long as she paid by the end
of the day they would not go to the Commissioners and obtain a
warrant.
1430 hrs., 7900 block Legation Rd/ Hit and Run, Caller
stated someone struck his vehicle earlier and he chased him down until he lost
him. He did not have any information on the vehicle. Officers
arrived and the caller was not home, he left to go to the bank. He was advised
to call back when he returned home.
1445 hrs., 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ 911 hang-up call, Officers
arrived and attempted to make contact with any persons at the residence, but
had negative results. Officers knocked for several minutes and spoke to
neighbors who advised they saw the residence earlier. Officers had
communications also attempt to make contact with the residence with negative
results. There were no signs of distress at this time.
1455 hrs., 7900 block Legation Rd/ Return call, caller
returned from the bank run. Caller stated the accident occurred at 0700
hours this morning, but he did not call because he had to go to work. He
stated Officers take too long to respond and he had to go to work that is why
he did not call. Officers advised we were unable to take a report due to
him waiting, moving the vehicle, and having no information on a vehicle.
He was advised.
1510 hrs., Veterans Hwy (Riverdale Rd)/ Officers were dispatched
to the intersection of Veterans Hwy and Annapolis Rd for a vehicle
accident. Officers searched and the vehicle was located outside our
jurisdiction and Prince George's County Police were advised. Officers
were then dispatched to another call in the city and left the scene.
1537 hrs., 6000 block 85th Ave/ Fight, Caller stated
there was a vehicle accident and all parties exited the vehicles and were now
fighting. Officers were then advised a pipe was involved. There was
not a vehicle accident, just two vehicles in the same spot on the road and both
refused to move. All parties exited the vehicles and began to fight when
one of the males grabbed a pipe and began to smash out windows in the other
vehicle. Fire board handled the injuries, one vehicle was impounded, and
one male was arrested. REPORT WRITTEN
1705 hrs., 7-11/ Assault, Caller stated while she was outside
the business waiting for an Uber, a male walked up to her and struck her in her
face. Officers arrived on scene and the male left prior to their arrival,
but Officers canvassed the area with negative results. Detectives arrived
on scene to assist with the video search for the male, when it was discovered
he left the area in an unknown vehicle. The caller stated she did not
need medical assistance at this time. REPORT WRITTEN
1815 Warrant
Service/ 7400 block Annapolis Rd driver was open
through PGSO for Driving While Suspended. The arrested was transported to
Prince George’s County Dept. of Corrections Regional Processing for service of

1830 Vandalism/ 8500
block Oliver St/ an unknown suspect attempted to gain entry through the rear
basement door. There were signs of attempted forced entry. However, entry could
not be determined as the house was damaged by a recent fire. REPORT WRITTEN
2010 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was

2020 Assault/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd / four unknown
Black females entered the store and stole merchandise. While exiting the store,
the suspects assaulted the store clerk causing minor injury. The same suspects
drove to 7400 block Annapolis Rd and committed the
same crime without the assault. REPORT WRITTEN
2102 Property Damage/
7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. / the victim's vehicle was parked on the street.
When an unknown suspect sideswiped the vehicle without providing any
information. REPORT WRITTEN

domestic, mother wanted to see her children. However, the family was sleep and
it’s not her scheduled day

store closing for the evening
0006 Vandalism to
Auto/ 7300 block Sara St/ unknown S-1 shattered V-1's vehicle window and
rummaged through the vehicle. V-1 observed S-1 but refused to call the police
because he was tired. REPORT WRITTEN
0010 Theft from Auto/
7300 block Sara St /an unknown S-1 entered V-1's unsecured vehicle stealing his
Ray Ban Sunglasses. S-1 fled in an unknown direction making good his escape.

block Farmcrest St /resident observed a female screaming and running down the
street. Officers canvassed the area for several minutes and located the
subjects. There were no signs of physical injury. Both stated they were arguing
over infidelities in their relationship. The male had a small amount of
marijuana which was confiscated. Both checked negative for warrants. NC3 was on
scene and assisted with the canvass REPORT WRITTEN
0230 Premise Check/ 75-7600 block
Riverdale Rd / area was clear, no suspicious activity observed. Parking
tickets were issued in the area
0503 Stolen Auto/ 7700 block Riverdale Road /silver
vehicle missing from the parking lot. The vehicle was impounded for a parking
violation
