0710 Parking Complaint/ 8400 block Malissa St
resident responded to the station and complained a Toyota Rav4 was blocking his
driveway. Officers responded and issued a parking violation and notified the
driver who moved the vehicle

Rd male sitting in a vehicle for three days. The male was located

Karen Elaine Dr. Victim was backing out and was struck by a vehicle in the
parking lot. The striking vehicle failed to stop. REPORT WRITTEN

6000 Mentana St area was clear, no issues observed in the area
1820 7300 block Gavin St/ Check on the
Welfare, caller stated there was a female passed out on the sidewalk.
When Officers arrived on scene the female was passed out and unable to answer
questions asked by Officers. Due to her inability to know whereabouts or
any information as to her residence, Fire board transported her right
away. After Officers assisted with several other calls they arrived to
Doctors Hospital to gather any information on the female they could in order to
contact her family and check on her welfare. Nurses at the hospital
advised she did not come to the hospital because they’re routed to Children's
Hospital in Washington D.C. After several phone calls Officers located
the female at Children's Hospital and spoke to the social worker who checked
her in. She gave us all of the information she could on the female and
advised her Mother was on her way. Officers also spoke to the Mother to
make sure and she stated she was at the hospital. The guardian of the
juvenile was at the hospital to give permission to treat her. REPORT WRITTEN
1910 hours Pep Boys/ Assist Landover Hills
Police Department, Officers assisted in the perimeter of a commercial alarm
with an open door. Check was clear and secured.
1950 hours 5900 block Harland St/ Follow up to
the above call at 1820 hours on Gavin St. Officers located the Mother and
she was almost at the hospital.
2010 hours Business
Check/ New Carrollton City Pool, check clear.
2030 hours Residential
Check/ 8500 Block of Madison St, 5900 Block of 87th Ave, 8500 Block of Legation
St., and Beckett Field, complaint of possible drug activity, suspicious
vehicles in the area, illegal dumping, and vandalism to the street
lights. Officers checked the area with no signs of the listed.
2045 hours 5300 block 85th Ave/ Juvenile
complaint, Security stated that kids were hanging around in the building and
they want them out. Security was advised they lived in the complex and
were visiting another friend. They were not being loud or disorderly at
all. They were all advised.
2110 Save A Lot/ 911 Hang-up call, Officers
arrived to have security tell them a boyfriend of an employee was causing a
scene by yelling and intoxicated in front of the store. They were given
information on what they needed to do to have him stay away from the store.
2145 hours Business
check/ Plaza 30, check clear.
2215 hours 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Suspicious
Persons call, male walked out of the woods to the vehicle of the female from
above call. Female stated she did not want her in her vehicle she just
wanted to go home. She left the area with no issues.
2250 hours 8600 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic
Stop, stop was cleared without incident.
2324 hours Veterans Pkwy and Annapolis Rd/
Traffic stop, stop was cleared without incident.
2314 hours Shell Gas station/ Unknown Trouble,
no information by the caller but when Officers arrived on scene they observed
several males at the window. The clerk then spoke with Officers and
stated that several males were attempting to buy items with a counterfeit 20
dollar bill. The clerk stated he did not know which male gave it to him
and he did not give them any items in exchange. There is no suspect
information and no loss of the store. The money was confiscated and will
be turned over to the FBI. REPORT WRITTEN

of Mentana St and the Pathway between Vera Cope Park and Powhatan St, Officers
conducted a foot patrol in the area. Citizens have been complaining about suspicious
behavior, possible sale of drugs, gambling, and loitering of unknown persons,
check clear.
