2255 HOURS- THREATS COMPLAINT- 8200 BLK ANNAPOLIS RD.- CALLER COMPLAINED THAT HE HAD RECEIVED HARASSING AND THREATENING TEXTS FROM AN UNKNOWN GROUP OF PEOPLE. OFFICERS RESPONDED AN DISCOVERED THAT THE INITIAL COMPLAINT HAD ALREADY BEEN INVESTIGATED BY AND REPORTED TO PGPD AND OCCURRED OUTSIDE THE CITY. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED.
