0830 hrs, Suspicious unoccupied vehicle- 8445 Annapolis road, (advance Auto) While in patrol, officers observed a blue dodge caravan with no registration displayed. A Registration check negative for stolen, however, further investigations reveled the vehicle had a tag pick up order.

1020 hrs, Suspicious person 8309 Annapolis road (Shell) While in patrol officers observed an male subject known to NCPD officers loitering at this location. He was checked negative for warrants, advised and then sent on his way.
1100 hrs, Theft from auto 7863 Riveraled Road Caller reported S-1 (unknown) stole her rear registration plate of her vehicle. The caller was provided with case numbers and advised to seek further assistance from MVA. Teletype was notified and the registration plate was entered as stolen.
1140 hrs, Disorderly 7600 Blk Fontainbleau Drive Caller reported her roommate had changed the locks on the door. Further investigations reveled the roommate is an lease holder, and the property management had authorized the locks to be changed due to the caller moving out two day prior. She was advised seek further assistance through the district courts.
1231 hrs, 7500 Blk Riverdale road Caller reported her landlord had changed the locks on the door in attempt to evict her. The caller was advised to seek assistance through the landlord tenant courts. The landlord was contacted via telephone and was advised the appropriate way evict a tenant.

Officers responded and made contact with the caller who stated he was being followed by an unknown male and female. The callers stated he was not harm or threaten. The caller had limited information pertaining to the suspects; he was advised to call police if he has another encounter with them.
1520 hrs,. Unknown Trouble 7400 blk of Riverdale, Caller stated her adult son would not inform her of his new address. The caller is known to NCPD and had prior contacts with officers; the caller is known to suffer from a mental illness. She was advised then sent on her way.
