8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Vehicle accident, officers were flagged down by a
female stating her boyfriend took her phone. By the time officers
gathered all of the information the male half was observed speeding out of the
parking lot across the street. Officers attempted to catch up to the
vehicle but the driver had gotten into a vehicle collision at the intersection
of Veterans Pkwy and Annapolis Rd prior to their arriving. The male was
transported to the hospital to be treated. One other vehicle was involved
but the incurred no injuries. Report written

in the parking lot to leave and they refused. Officers arrived and asked
again for the persons to leave and they finally complied after several

7600 block Fountainbleau Dr. / Fight, caller advised she heard a male
beating on a female and throwing her around. Officers arrived and spoke
to the owner of the residence who was inside with 2 other males. Officers
looked in the residence and again did not see any females. No report.

8100 block Powhatan St/ Open door, neighbor called and stated his neighbor was
not home but the door to the residence was wide open. Officers arrived
and observed the door open. Officers announced and checked the residence
for any persons inside. There was no one inside and the door was not
damaged. Officers secured the residence. No Report.

8500 block Nicholson St/ Found Property, caller advised he came home to several
bags on his front porch. The items did not belong to him and he did not
know the owner. Officers attempted to find information on the owner but
there was nothing of value or name in the bags. The bags were taken and
placed into property for the owner to claim. Report written

6200 block Westbrook Dr. / Dog complaint, station call of a female walking
yesterday and she was chased by a dog who returned to this address.
Officers located the owner and advised them the dog was loose yesterday and
chased people walking on the street. They were advised to just keep an
eye on him but realize it was an accident he got loose. They
apologized. No Report.

5900 block Westbrook Terr/ Hit and Run, caller advised their vehicle was struck
and the vehicle fled the area. Officers arrived on scene and located the
vehicle down the road. Officers were able to locate the owner who was on
his way back to the scene for an exchange of information. No Report.

Rd / the area was clear.
1905 Shoplifting/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / the caller advised someone was
shoplifting. Officers met with the caller who could not verify if anything

traveling at a high rate of speed initiated a traffic stop, cited driver and
recovered a small amount of CDS.
