block 85th Avenue - The caller stated he had just been served a
temporary protective order last night to stay away from his ex-girlfriend. The
caller was advised to seek further assistance at the Final Protective Order
hearing for his property related issues and was then sent on his way without further

Check- 8400 block Annapolis Road- Officers
on patrol conducted a premise check of the 7-11 making contact with T/A
employees and patrons, there were no issues observed or reported, business was
as usual. No Report.

Call (fire evacuation alarm activated)- 5200 block 85th Avenue- Officers
responded to the location were flagged down by a tenant in the building that
she saw two school-age children pull the alarm and run away making good of
their escape. The fire department responded and turned off the signal No Report.
0825 Hours- Premise
Check- Longbranch Drive & Adrian Street- Officers
conducted a premise check of the area in search for suspicious vehicles,
persons and activities, none of which were observed. No Report.
0930 Hours- Protective
Order Violation (arrest)- 5200 block 85th Avenue -
Officers then canvassed the area and discovered the ex-boyfriend at the 7-11 at
which time, he was taken into custody for violating his protective order. Upon
arriving at the Department of Corrections, it was discovered that the male
subject suffers from diabetes and required medical clearance to be processed at
D.O.C. The male subject was then transported to Prince George's Hospital for
evaluation then transported back to the Department of Corrections located
in Upper Marlboro for presentations of charges. Report Written

on patrol conducted a premise check of the Heritage Square Apartments in search
for suspicious vehicles, persons and activities, none of which were
observed.

unoccupied vehicle (Impound)- 6300 block Fairborn Terrace- A
registration check revealed the registration to the vehicle had been
surrendered, and the vehicle had been abandoned. The vehicle was subsequently
impounded by Charlie's Towing service. Prince George's County telecommunications

and no injuries reported. Both parties exchanged information on the scene. No

Road & Fontainebleau Drive- Both occupants of Unit-2 were injured and
transported to the hospital for treatment. The driver Unit-1 refused medical
attention on the scene. Both vehicles disabled due to the accident and
