0640 HOURS - UNKNOWN TROUBLE – 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER, THE OWNER OF THE BAR, WHO STATED HE WAS THROWING A PRIVATE PARTY FOR HIS EMPLOYEES AND THAT A FEW UNKNOWN PERSONS WERE BANGING ON THE DOOR TO BE LET IN. THE CALLER STATED THEY LEFT PRIOR TO OFFICER'S ARRIVAL. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED, NO REPORT.

0700 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK – 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. ALL CLEAR.

0730 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK - 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.  - ALL CLEAR. 

0841 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 - 5300 BLOCK OF 85TH AVE. -  ALL CLEAR.  

0921 HOURS - 911 HANG UP – 6200 BLOCK 86TH AVE - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE RESIDENTS INSIDE WHO WERE UNAWARE OF A 911 CALL. THE HOMEOWNER STATED ADT WAS OUT FIXING HER ALARM WHICH MAY HAVE TRIGGERED AN EMERGENCY CALL. HOMEOWNER STATED SHE, NOR ANYONE ELSE IN THE HOME WAS IN NEED OF EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE. NO REPORT.

1035 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK - 5500 BLOCK OF KAREN ELAINE DR. - ALL CLEAR. 

1108 HOURS - WELFARE CHECK – 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER AN ANONYMOUS CALL ABOUT SEVERAL UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN, BAREFOOT IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. UPON OFFICER'S ARRIVAL, THE CHILDREN WERE OBSERVED PLAYING WITH THEIR CHRISTMAS TOYS AND APPARENTLY IN GOOD HEALTH. THE PARENT WAS ON SCENE AND STATED SHE SENT THE CHILDREN TO PLAY WITH THEIR SCOOTERS IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM BECAUSE HER HOME IS CARPETED. THE CHILDREN WENT BACK INSIDE THE RESIDENCE. NO REPORT.

1219 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK -  7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. -  ALL CLEAR. 

1304 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK - 7800 BLOCK OF RIVERDALE RD. - ALL CLEAR.

1348 HOURS - TRESPASSING – 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. OFFICER RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER LOSS PREVENTION ADVISED THEY HAD A JUVENILE SHOPLIFTER IN CUSTODY. UPON ARRIVAL, LOSS PREVENTION DECLINED TO PURSUE CHARGES AGAINST THE INDIVIDUAL AND ISSUED A BARRING NOTICE. ALL PROPERTY WAS RECOVERED; THE JUVENILE WAS ADVISED AND RELEASED TO THE CARE AND CUSTODY OF HIS GUARDIAN. REPORT WRITTEN

1351 HOURS - PARKING COMPLAINT (R.C.O.P.) – 6200 BLOCK WESTBROOK DR. - OFFICER RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND OBSERVED A VEHICLE WITH NO REGISTRATION ON A TRAILER THAT WAS NOT ATTACHED TO A VEHICLE. THE OWNER CAME OUT AND ADVISED THE OFFICER HE WAS WORKING ON THE VEHICLE AND DETACHED THE TRAILER MOMENTARILY. THE OWNER WAS ADVISED; A 72 HOUR STICKER WAS STILL PLACED ON THE VEHICLE. NO REPORT. 

1414 HOURS - BREAKING & ENTERING - 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER, THE LEASING MANAGER AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL, WHO STATED THEY WERE WALKING THROUGH THE VACANT APARTMENTS ON THE PROPERTY AND WHEN THEY OPENED THE DOOR TO AN APARTMENT THEY DISCOVERED ALL FOUR BURNERS ON THE STOVE WERE ON. THE CALLER STATED SHE THEN EXITED IN FEAR THAT SOMEONE WAS STILL INSIDE. OFFICERS CLEARED THE RESIDENCE, THERE WAS NO ONE INSIDE. THE APARTMENT APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN OCCUPIED BY A SQUATTER, THERE WERE TWO OPEN WINDOWS AND AN UNSECURED PATIO DOOR, FINGERPRINTS WERE RECOVERED FROM ONE OF THE WINDOWS. NO PROPERTY WAS STOLEN; THE APARTMENT HAD BEEN VACANT FOR 52 DAYS ACCORDING TO THE CALLER. DET. CPL MONGE #3158 AND DET SGT. ROBINSON #3149 WERE BOTH NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED TO THE SCENE. REPORT WRITTEN

1511 HOURS - THREATS COMPLAINT – 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED HE WAS RECEIVING THREATS OVER THE PHONE BY AN IRATE CUSTOMER WHO LIVED IN HENRY SECTOR AND WAS UPSET ABOUT DELAYED DELIVERY. THE OFFICER CONTACTED HENRY SECTOR SO THAT THEY COULD ATTEMPT TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE INDIVIDUAL, HOWEVER THEY WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO SEEK FURTHER ASSISTANCE FROM THE DISTRICT COURT COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE AND THEIR CORPORATE SECURITY DEPARTMENT. NO REPORT.

1545 HOURS - WELFARE CHECK – 5900 BLOCK 87TH AVE - OFFICER RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER CALLER ADVISED HIS 82 YEAR OLD FATHER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CARED FOR BY HIS SISTER, HOWEVER THE CALLER WAS CONCERNED HE WAS NOT BEING LOOKED AFTER. UPON ARRIVAL, THE OFFICER MADE CONTACT WITH THE ELDERLY MALE, WHO APPEARED WELL, THE ELDERLY MALE STATED HE WAS OK. OFFICER ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE CALLER BACK PER HIS REQUEST AND ADVISE HIM ON HIS FATHER'S CONDITION, HOWEVER THERE WAS NO ANSWER AND A VOICE MESSAGE WAS LEFT. NO REPORT.

1605 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK – 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR. ALL CLEAR.

1635 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK - 6300 BLOCK WESTBROOK DR. - ALL CLEAR.

1722 HOURS - SUSPICIOUS PERSON -  8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. OFFICER RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER LOSS PREVENTION ADVISED THEY HAD A JUVENILE IN CUSTODY FOR SHOPLIFTING. UPON OFFICER'S ARRIVAL LOSS PREVENTION CANCELED POLICE SERVICES AND DECLINED TO PURSUE CHARGES OR ISSUE ANY BARRING NOTICES. ALL PROPERTY WAS RECOVERED; THE JUVENILE WAS RELEASED TO THE CARE AND CUSTODY OF HER GUARDIAN.NO REPORT.

1920 hrs., MPS / 5200 block 85th avenue, The caller stated she received a repair order in the mail, and a notification that her registration suspended. Officers contacted the caller, and learned her inspection needs to be completed at a Certified State Inspection Facility; officers informed the caller once she finishes her examination, she can contact the MVA to remove the flag. No report.  
2000 hrs., MPS / 8500 block Carrollton Parkway, Officers responded to this location to assist Child Protection Services with the removal of four children. Officers made contact with the mother who was advised of the circumstances; the children were placed into the custody of the C.P.S agent. REPORT WRITTEN
2120 hrs., Trespassing / 8500 block Annapolis Road / manager reported a homeless male sleeping in the lobby. When officers arrived, the suspect had already left; the caller no longer required further police services, no report.     
1128 hrs., Domestic / 5400 block 85th Avenue, The caller reported her ex-boyfriend called her and stated he's in route to her residence. When officers arrived, the caller said she no longer requires further police service. However, officers informed on how to obtain a Temporary Protective Order or seek additional assistance through the District Commissioner's Office. No report    
0034 hrs., Loud Music Complaint / 7700 block Riverdale Road, Officers responded and heard no loud music, no report.  
0115 hrs., Premise Check / 5328-5334 85th avenue, Officers checked the area of the torched buildings, everything clear, No report.
0205 hrs., Premise Check / 6400 block Fairborn Terrace, Officers walked through the property, no issues observed, everything precise, no report. 
0312 hrs., Premise Check / 8100 block Annapolis Road / everything clear.
0445 hrs., Premise Check / Karen Elaine Drive and Fontainebleau Drive communities, all clear no issues observed. 
0521 hrs., Premise Check / 7500 block Riverdale Road, A citizen reported a blue PT Cruiser with unknown registration plates, frequenting the area and parking at this location (rear parking lot) for several hours with the lights off, acting suspiciously. Officers canvassed the area with nothing found — no report.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into.
