1405 Hours- Subject Stopped- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: While patrol officers observed a male subject panhandling at the listed location. The male subject was stopped and identified; a warrant check was conducted, yielding negative results. The male subject was barred from the location and sent on his way without further incident.

1511 Hours - Disorderly- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly customer. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the caller, who stated a customer refused to leave the drive-thru window, holding up the line. Officers then made contact with the driver, who advised that the manager would not return his merchandise gift card. He had been advised that the card was not activated and that, per their policy, they must keep the card. The disorderly customer stated that the card was given by another manager at another location for being inconvenienced. Officers reiterated the policy and advised the customer to contact customer service in the morning during business hours.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with both drivers, who reported no injuries at the scene. An exchange of information was conducted, and both vehicles were driven away from the scene.

Upon arrival, contact was made with the caller, who advised that a customer had pulled away from the gas pumps with the nozzle still inserted into the vehicle, causing the hose to detach from the station. Officers inspected the pump and found no damage. The hose just needed to be reattached to the station; all were advised.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
