Officers arrived on scene and spoke with a juvenile who stated his father was intoxicated and was hitting him and his siblings. It was discovered that the juvenile was being disciplined due to his negative behavior. The father refused to open the door to talk to the officers. Officers were able to get a hold of the grandmother, who arrived on scene to assist. The grandmother elected to take the juvenile home for the night. RMS numbers were provided to the grandmother, and CPS was notified.
