0115 Hours - Attempted Carjacking- 8500 Block of Caswell Pl: Officers responded to the listed location for an attempted carjacking. Upon arrival, officers contacted the victim, who stated she was operating as a ride-share driver when she arrived at the listed location to drop off her passenger. Once at the location, the passenger displayed a knife and demanded her property, including her vehicle. The victim then sped off in fear for her life while the suspect's passenger door was open. The suspect cut the victim several times and ultimately fell from the vehicle, fleeing to an unknown location. Officers canvassed the area with negative results. EMS was contacted and provided medical treatment while on the scene. Items of evidentiary value were collected and placed into the NCPD property for safekeeping. PGPD auto theft detectives were contacted and advised of the incident.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
