0750 Hours- Stolen Veh- 6500 Block of Jodie St: The vehicle was repossessed.


0825 Hours - Welfare Check - 8200 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to a report of a stranded female who needed to get to Greenbelt. Officers assisted the caller.


0914 Hours- Sig 11- 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: Officers responded out and took a hit and run report. The striking vehicle was still on scene; however, the driver fled the scene. The tags on the striking vehicle had a pickup order, and the tags were removed. Report Written

1818 Hours - Trespassing Complaint- 7600 Block of Fontainebleau Dr: Officers arrived at the specified location in response to a trespassing complaint. However, upon their arrival, the individual who was trespassing had already left the area.

1950 Hours - Welfare Check - Annapolis Rd & Riverdale Rd: Officers arrived at the specified location to assess the welfare of the male individual found lying on the ground. Upon their arrival, the officer engaged with the male individual, who had since moved to another location. The male individual appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) were notified and assisted the male individual.

2229 Hours - Sexual Assault- 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr: Officers arrived at the specified location in response to a report of an unknown issue. Upon their arrival, they discovered that the unknown issue was a sexual assault. The officers made contact with the victim. The suspect was apprehended at the scene. During the investigation, the victim informed the officers and the sexual assault detectives that she did not wish to file criminal charges, but instead preferred to go to the District Court Commissioners to seek a protective order. The victim was given advice and transported to a secure location for her safety and protection.

Upon their arrival, they spoke with the caller, who reported that her sister was experiencing a mental health crisis. The officers then engaged with the caller's sister, who informed them that she was fine and preferred to be left alone. The sister did not fulfill the criteria for an emergency petition as outlined by the officers. The caller was informed accordingly.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
