0836 Hours- Found Child- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers were flagged down for a child running loose in the parking lot. The child was autistic. After conducting an investigation, it was discovered that the child lives on Annapolis Rd. The child was being watched by the grandmother, but when the grandmother was not paying attention, the child left the apartment. Report Generated

0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear. 0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear. 0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence. Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping. Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time. The individuals were advised and sent on their way.
