0729 Hours-Theft From Auto-7800 Block of Riverdale Rd: Officers responded to this location for a report of a theft from an auto. Officers met with the caller, who advised their vehicle had been broken into overnight. Offices gathered all available information at the scene and advised the caller on the next steps to take.

After a short chase, the suspect was taken into custody. The suspect made statements of self-harm and harming others.
