1125 Hours- Theft- 8200 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded out and located a theft suspect. The suspect was arrested and transported to DOC. Report Generated

When the officers approached her to ask about the situation, she became unruly. The woman was found to be heavily intoxicated and was subsequently detained.
