Also, the vehicle had numerous parking tickets on the windshield. Officers conducted a registration/stolen check through the Prince George's County Public Safety Communications, yielding an unregistered vehicle. The out-of-state tag belonging to another vehicle has expired since 2005. The tag was confiscated and dropped off at the New Carrollton Police station to be returned to the DMV. Tino's Towing Company was notified and stored the vehicle on their lot for safekeeping.
