1750 Hours- Disorderly- 8400 Block of Carrollton Pkwy: Officers arrived to address a landlord-tenant conflict at the specified location. Upon arrival, they spoke with the individual who reported the issue, stating they had recently rented a room at that address. The individual mentioned that the property was overrun with pests, including rodents and insects, and requested a refund of the rental payment. The individual indicated that the landlord had declined to return the payment, and they were advised to pursue additional help through the landlord-tenant court, along with contacting code enforcement.

Upon arrival, they spoke with both drivers, who reported no injuries at the scene.   0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
