0857 Hours- Suspicious Unoccupied Vehicle- 6000 Block of Mentana St: Officers impounded a vehicle for a pickup order. After towing the vehicle, the owner called and said that his “unregistered vehicle was towed.” The caller became aggressive. Officers attempted to take the subject into custody, who resisted and fled the scene. Officers arrested 1 subject on scene and have gone to the court commissioners to apply for a warrant.
