0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0937 Hours - Fraud - 6016 Princess Garden Pkwy: The victim advised an unknown suspect hacked his EBT benefits spending them earlier this month. The victim was advised to file a report to have his benefits replenished. Report Written
1217 Hours - Assault - 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: The victim's vehicle was being repossessed from the parking lot. The victim attempted to talk to the driver, who then struck the victim, failing to provide any aid and insurance information. NCPD CID was notified of the incident. Report Written
1518 Hours - Found - 5400 Block of 85th Ave: The property manager was cleaning the unit and found what they believed was a firearm. It was determined the firearm was a BB gun. While in the unit, officers located several loose bullets. The BB gun along with the loose bullets were recovered and placed into property. Report Written
1627 Hours - Fraud - 7500 Block of Topton St: The victim stated that while away in school an unknown suspect obtained his personal information and opened a T-Mobile account in his name. The victim was provided case numbers to give to T-Mobile. Report Written
1714 Hours - Hit & Run - 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: The victim stated that while driving, she was struck by another vehicle that failed to stop and provide any information. The victim was able to get a tag number which returned to a New Carrollton address. An ACRS will be completed. Report Written
2041 Hours- Attempt Stolen Auto- 5300 Block of 85th Ave: Officers responded out for an attempted stolen vehicle that was captured via security camera system. Officers obtained lookout information.
2042 Hours- Disorderly- 5300 Block of 85th Ave: Officer responded out for a subject confronting juveniles in the neighborhood after witnessing the juveniles looking in cars.
2130 Hours- Welfare Check - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: Officers responded out to check the welfare of a juvenile. Officers were unable to locate the subject at the given address.
2051 Hours- Attempted stolen auto - 5300 Block of 85th Ave: Officers were canvasing the area to locate the juveniles from the attempted stolen vehicle. Officers located the suspect from the attempted stolen vehicle. The subject fled on foot. Officers initiated a foot chase and apprehended the suspect who was a juvenile from Greenbelt. Juvenile justice refused to prosecute. Officers returned the juvenile to his mother. NCPD command staff and CID were notified of this incident. Report Written

2308 Hours- Domestic- 6200 Block of Westbrook Dr: Officers responded out for a subject taking down photographs in his residence after the female half stated she wanted to break up. all parties were advised.
0254 Hours- Stolen Vehicle - 7600 Block of Fontainebleau Dr: Officers responded out for an attempted stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, officers observed a group entering two vehicles in the parking lot. Once the group observed officers on the scene, the group fled on foot. Officers initiated a foot chase and apprehended all five suspects involved. Two of the suspects were adults and were charged with the two stolen vehicles. the three juveniles were released to their guardians after juvenile justice refused to prosecute. One stolen vehicle was impounded for safekeeping and the owner of the second vehicle responded to the scene and the vehicle was released to the owner. NCPD command staff was notified of this incident. Report Written
