0730 Trespassing/ 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. - the maintenance tech observed a male sleeping in the laundry room. Officers made contact with the male who advised he was homeless due to issues with his family. The male checked negative for warrants and was trespassed officially by an employee of the property/company. The male was photographed and sent on his way. Report written

0754 Theft from Auto/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - the victim advised his employees were attempting to start their trucks. After an inspection, it was learned S-1 (Unknown) had stolen the batteries from the trucks. The batteries had a value of $1,300.00. Report written

0920 Premise Check/ 8300 block Fremont St and surrounding streets. The area was clear. However, parking citations were issued. 

1015 Suspicious Person/ 5300 block 85th Ave - the caller advised a male was standing in the stairwell of the building. Upon officer's, arrival the male fled in an unknown direction. No report

1028 Stolen Auto/ 5300 block 85th Ave - the caller advised their Acura truck was stolen. Upon making contact with the caller they advised their significant other was in possession of the vehicle. No report

1045 Hit & Run/ 5400 block 85th Ave - the caller advised the incident occurred several days ago. The caller was advised officers could not verify where the damage occurred. No report

1354 Domestic/ 5300 block 85th Ave - the caller from the stolen auto called after receiving her vehicle back from her boyfriend. She left prior to arrival and officers spoke to her over the phone. No report

1519 School Dismissal/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. - assisted with getting the buses and vehicles out safely.

1540 Suspicious Person/ 7900 block Legation Rd - the caller advised a male who's been observed pulling on door handles was sitting in the yard of the LOI. Officers made contact with the subject and the homeowner who said it was ok for him to be there, No report

1555 Property Damage/ 5300 block 85th Ave - the caller advised the vehicle was parked in the parking lot yesterday. Upon their return, they noticed damage to the driver's door. Report written

1635 Family Dispute/ 5300 block 85th Ave - the caller wanted officers to speak to her teenage son. Officers spoke with the son and all was good. No report

1708 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - the store manager requested officers to remove a male who's panhandling in front of the store. An officer was in the area and the male had left upon their arrival. No report

1820 hrs., 8400 block Annapolis Road, Vehicle Accident, two vehicles were involved in a minor vehicle accident.  Both parties stated there were no injuries.  Officers exchanged information between parties on scene.  No Report.

1845 hrs., Premise Check/ Shops at New Carrollton, due to the Governor's order both grocery stores were overwhelmed with people buying groceries.  Officers kept the peace and directed traffic as well for the crowds. All clear no issues.

2000 hrs., Foreman Mills/ Theft, Officers were flagged down by Loss Prevention for a theft that took place.  They got all the items back and advised officers it occurred prior to them being notified and they did not want to do anything since all items were returned.  No Report.

2050 hrs., Shoppers/ Vehicle accident, while backing out of a parking spot a vehicle backed into another one parked in a spot.  Minor damage with no injuries claimed by any party.  Information was exchanged between all parties by Officers.  No Report.

2110 hrs., Premise Check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

2135 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Missing person, caller advised her son was once again missing.  She stated he ran away again two days ago and she felt she needed to report him missing.  Missing Persons Detectives were notified, and advised last time he went missing he was arrested for several robberies in the DC area.  Officers checked with DC and they had not arrested him at this time.  All information was taken and entered into NCIC.  Report written

2232 hrs., 5200 block 85th Ave/ Disorderly call, caller advised there was a two-year-old running around upstairs and should be in bed.  Caller wanted to know what action she could take to stop the noise of the child running.  She was advised to speak to the management office and they can assist her.  No Report.

2255 hrs., 8300 block Oglethorpe St/ Suspicious Person, caller advised there was a male and female walking around the street and they did not recognize them.  Officers searched the area with nothing found.  No Report.

2325 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Domestic Dispute, Officers responded to the location for a verbal dispute. Officers talked to both parties and advised both of them. Report generated

2340 hrs., Wendy's/ Check on the welfare, caller advised there was a person passed out behind the wheel of a running car in the parking lot.  Officers arrived to locate the vehicle in a parking space and the driver was taking a nap before they go into work.  No Report.

0530 hrs., Suspicious person/ 5200 block 85th Avenue: The unknown caller stated that there is a guy sleeping in the hallway. Officers responded to the location but the person was GOA. No report
