Officers responded to the scene and observed the male in questioned laying on top of the machines. Officers conducted a warrant check, which yielded negative results. Both vehicles were impounded, and officers were able to exchange information for both drivers. Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was already gone. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the caller, who advised that his vehicle was missing. Further investigation revealed the vehicle had been impounded for a parking violation.
