0645 Hours- Premise Check- 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Drive- Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the Fountainebleau and Frenchman's Creek Apartments and condominiums in search for suspicious vehicles, persons and/or activities, none of which were observed. 
No Report.  

0724 Hours- Premise Check- 5300-5400 Block of 85th Avenue- Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the Hilltop and Carrollan Garden apartment complexes in search for any suspicious vehicles, persons or activities, none of which observed.

0828 Hours- Disorderly- 8300 Block Quintana Street - An Officer responded to Carrollton Elementary School for a disorderly child. Upon arrival, the school elected to handle the matter internally. All parties were advised.

0923 Hours- Premise Check- 6100 Block Lamont Drive - An officer conducted routine patrol of the Charles Carroll Middle School, interacting with the students and staff. There were no issues observed or reported.

1004 Hours- Fraud Report- 6016 Princess Garden Parkway (NCPD H.Q.)-   The complainant was advised to seek further assistance from PGPD due to him residing outside of our jurisdiction .
No Report. 

1030 Hours- Family Dispute- 7600 Block Topton Street- Officers responded to the location for a dispute between several family members at the residence. They were all advised to seek further assistance from the District Court Commissioner's office. 
No Report.

1129 Hours- Fraud (Arrest)- 8200 Block Annapolis Road - Officers responded to the TD Bank for a fraud in progress. Officers were able to properly identify the male because he was in possession of a valid Maryland Driver's license which did not match the information on the fraudulent documents. The male was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to Hyattsville DOC for a presentation of charges. All the property recovered were placed into NCPD property as evidence. NCPD 3 was notified.

1252 Hours- Threats complaint- 5300 Block 85th Avenue -  The caller stated she was concerned about the identity and intentions of the male however; no threats were actually made; the conversations held have been vague. She was advised to discontinue communication if she desires and to seek Police services in the occasion an actual threat or crime has occurred. She was also advised to give her daughter safety tips when speaking to strangers.

1253 Hours- Fireboard Call- 85th Avenue & Westbrook Drive- Officers responded to the location for a pedestrian struck however, upon arrival it was discovered that a bicyclist fell off of his bike after losing control and was not actually struck by a vehicle. The bicyclist denied medical treatment and denied being transported, he elected to wait on his family member to drive him to the hospital for his minor injuries.

1444 Hours- Trespassing Complaint- 8400 Block Annapolis Road -  The Officer canvassed the surrounding area yielding negative results. The caller was advised.

1519 Hours- Disorderly- 6016 Princess Garden Parkway (NCPD H.Q.)- The child did not display any form of injuries. The caller was advised to file a complaint with the school tomorrow while all the staff involved is present and that the SRO would be apprised.

1533 Hours- Fraud (Arrest)- 8200 Block Annapolis Road – While attempting to place the male under arrest, he took off in attempts to flee. The male subject had tripped and fallen while running away and at that point the Officer was able to subdue the individual who was subsequently transported to Doctor's Community Hospital for minor injuries from the fall. The subject was then transported from the Hospital to Upper Marlboro DOC for a presentation of charges. The fraudulent documents were recovered and placed into NCPD property. NCPD 3 and 4 were notified.

1722 HRS. NOISE COMPLAINT- 6400 BLOCK FAIRBORN TER- OFFICERS SPOKE TO THE HOME OWNER AND THE NOISE WAS QUIETED.

1740 HRS. SIG 9- 8300 BLOCK QUENTIN ST. OFFICERS RESPONDED OUT AND ASSISTED WITH AN INFORMATION EXCHANGE ON A TWO VEHICLE ACCIDENT.

1833 HRS SIG 7- 6300 BLOCK WEST BROOK DR. - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA AND LOCATED AN MALE SLEEPING F-1 ADVISED HE AS DRINKING AND FELL ASLEEP. OFFICERS CHECKED F-1 FOR OPEN WARRANTS AND HAD HIM CHECKED OUT BY EMT'S. F-1 CHECKED OK AND WAS S.O.W WITH OUT FURTHER INCIDENT.

2145 HRS. PREMISE CHECK-6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, THE AREA CHECKED CLEAR

2235 HRS. SIG 7- 6200 BLOCK WEST BROOK DR- THE SUBJECTS WERE ADVISED WHEN THE PARK CLOSES, AS WELL AS TRESPASSING LAWS. THE SUBJECTS WERE PHOTOGRAPHED AND S.O.W

0008 HRS. SIG 7- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD - IT WAS DISCOVERED F-1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO SPEND THE NIGHT IN A LAWN SHED AT THE LOWES. OFFICERS CONDUCTED A WARRANT CHECK WHICH REVEALED F-1 HAD NO OPEN WARRANTS. F-1 WAS PHOTOGRAPHED AND ADVISED ON TRESPASSING LAWS AND WAS S.O.W

0310 HRS. MPS- 8400 BLOCK MELISSA ST- OFFICER RESPONDED OUT TO ASSIST DJS (DIVISION OF JUVENILE SERVICES). OFFICERS WERE PROVIDED PAPERWORK OF HIS VIOLATION AND WERE ADVISED IF HE IS SEEN TO DETAIN HIM AND TAKE HIM TO CHELTENHAM JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY LOCATED IN UPPER MARLBORO. OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA IN ATTEMPTS TO LOCATE THE WANTED SUBJECT. 

0340 HRS. NOISE COMPLAINT- 8400 BLOCK CARROLLTON PKWY- OFFICERS RESPONDED OUT FOR LOUD TRUCK WITH THE MOTOR RUNNING. OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA. THE AREA CHECKED CLEAR.

0400 HRS. PREMISE CHECK-6200 BLOCK WESTBROOK DR (NEW CARROLLTON POOL) - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, THE AREA CHECKED CLEAR.
