Donoghue Dr.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a death. Upon
officers arrival, we made contact with the family of the deceased. The Medical
Examiner's office, as well as Prince George's Homicide, were notified. NC2 was

Complaint-Harland St. @ Sarah St.- Officers responded to this location for
a report of loud music in the area. Officers once on scene advised the owner of
the residence to keep the volume down.

travelling at a high rate of speed next to a four-wheeler in the direction of

vehicles that had committed parking violations. The owners of the vehicles were
located as they were beginning to gather for a party that was occurring on the
