0745 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / officers were on foot and spoke to the store manager. There were no issues reported. No report

0840 Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / while patrolling the school, security advised of a student with drug paraphernalia. The incident will be handled internally. No report

0901 Departmental/ 6100 block 85th Pl / vehicle sideswiped a public works vehicle while it was parked. There were no injuries ACRS-Report written

0945 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / There were no violations, business as usual. 

1027 Pedestrian Struck/ 7700 block Annapolis Rd / Upon arrival, a truck pulled Verizon lines down and no pedestrian was struck. Officers assisted PGPD with traffic control until state roads arrived. No report

1235 Vehicle Impound/ 8600 block Preston St / The vehicle was last registered in 2017 in the District of Columbia. Charlie's Towing impounded the vehicle and PGPD Teletype was advised. Report written

1313 Vehicle Impound/ 8600 block Preston St / vehicle with suspended tags was impounded. Charlies Towing responded and impounded the vehicle. Report written 

1330 Disorderly (Station Call)/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / Officers made contact and the woman left the property without incident. No report

1621 Found/ 6200 block Westbrook Dr. / caller found an American passport. The passport was placed in New Carrollton Police property locker. Report written

1705 Accident/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd / Parties exchanged information without incident. No report

1722 Critical Missing/ 5800 block Lamont Dr. / While officers canvassed the area, the child was located by his mother at the school. The child was not injured. NC 2 was notified of the incident. No report

1800 HOURS-Missing-5800 block Lamont Dr.- Officers assisted day work units with a missing juvenile. The juvenile was returned home safely by the parents. NO REPORT

1922 HOURS-Premise Check-8500 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers checked the perimeter and interior of the hotel, making contact with store employees and patrons of the location. There were no issues observed and reported. NO REPORT

2041 HOURS-Suspicious Person-8400 block Cathedral Ave.- The male checked negative for warrants, photographed, advised about consuming alcohol in his vehicle, and advised to go into his residence. REPORT WRITTEN (Field Contact)

2111 HOURS-Loud Music-7700 block Arehart Dr.- Officers checked and once again found no loud music in the building. NO REPORT 

2236 HOURS-Suspicious Person-8300 block Cathedral Ave.- Officers once again requested the male to go back into his residence for the remainder of the night.

0003 HOURS-Traffic Stop-8600 block Annapolis Rd.- Due to the officer needing to respond to another incident, the driver was sent on his way with a verbal warning. NO REPORT

0015 HOURS-Shots Fired-7600 block Fontainebleau Dr.- Officers responded to this location for a report of approximately five (5) shots being fired in the area. Officers attempted to gather statements from multiple individuals who all refused. The shell casings were photographed, recovered and placed into NCPD property. NC3 and NCPD CID were notified of this event. REPORT WRITTEN

0056 HOURS-Suspicious Person-5500 block Karen Elaine Dr.- The male was advised and the male left the building of his own accord. NO REPORT

0132 HOURS-Premise Check-5800 block Lamont Terr.- No damage was observed and there were no issues to report. NO REPORT

0223 HOURS- Premise Check 8100 block Annapolis Road, officers conducted a premise check and found no issues any signs of crime. NO REPORT

0310 HOURS-Traffic Stop-7700 Block of Riverdale Rd.- Officer observed a vehicle commit a traffic infraction. The driver was issued a traffic citation and was sent on his way. NO REPORT

0427 HOURS-Traffic Stop-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- Officer observed a vehicle commit a traffic infraction. The driver was issued a traffic citation and was sent on his way. NO REPORT

0444 HOURS-Traffic Stop-7900 block Annapolis Rd.- Officer observed a vehicle commit a traffic infraction. The driver was issued a traffic citation and was sent on his way. NO REPORT

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
