0725 HOURS-Premise Check-Good Luck Rd. @ Cathedral Ave.- Officers conducted a check of this area ensuring the safety of students coming into the city to attend school due to a previous incident. No issues were reported. NO REPORT

0730 HOURS-Traffic Complaint-7100 block Good Luck Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of multiple vehicles making a left turn off of the school property, against the posted sign. NO REPORT

0733 HOURS-Traffic Enforcement-7100 block Good Luck Rd.- Officers conducted multiple traffic stops in the area for the previous call, parents were advised of the posted sign as well as how to follow up on any and all citations issued. NO REPORT

0800 HOURS-Traffic Stop-6200 block Lamont Dr.- Officers observed a vehicle commit a traffic infraction, the vehicle was stopped and a traffic citation was issued. The driver was advised on how to resolve the citation. NO REPORT

0817 HOURS-Premise Check-6100 block Lamont Dr.- Officers greeted students as they entered school for the day. Officers spoke with multiple students and staff regarding arising concerns. NO REPORT

0830 HOURS-MPS-6100 block Lamont Dr.- The parent was advised of multiple options for the student. All other actions were taken by school staff. NO REPORT

0845 HOURS-Premise Check-8400-8100 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers monitored traffic for any traffic violations as well as a possible deterrent to distracted driving. No issues were found in the area. NO REPORT

0914 HOURS-Traffic Stop-Lamont Dr. @ Westbrook Dr.- The vehicle was stopped and a citation was issued. The driver was advised on how to resolve the citation. NO REPORT

1008 HOURS-Parking Violation-5700 block Mahoney Dr.- Officers checked the area for any parking violations. It was found that a white Volkswagen was illegally parked in the area, however, parking enforcement already issued a citation to the vehicle. A 72-hour tow violation sticker was affixed to the vehicle. NO REPORT

1048 HOURS-Premise Check-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers checked on the establishment for any persons loitering and panhandling with negative results. Officers also checked in with employees. NO REPORT

1100 HOURS-Premise Check-7100 block Good Luck Rd.- Officers conducted a check of the school, walking around to different classrooms greeting classes as they completed their workday. NO REPORT

1110 HOURS-Parking Violation- 7300 block Gavin St.- Officers were asked to assist PGPD with locating the owner of a vehicle that was illegally parked in the county. The owner was able to find a tow for the vehicle and had the vehicle removed himself from the illegal parking spot. NO REPORT

1153 HOURS-Parking Violation-5900 block 87th Ave.- Officers observed a green BMW parked at this location and appeared to have not moved. A registration check found that the registration of the vehicle was expired as of November of 2018. The vehicle was issued a parking citation and a 72-hour tow notification sticker was affixed to the vehicle. NO REPORT

1205 HOURS-Traffic Stop-5800 block Westbrook Dr.- Officer observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation. The driver was issued a traffic citation and was advised on how to resolve the citation.

1235 HOURS-Premise Check-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers conducted a foot patrol inside of the establishment to deter and shoplifters. Officers also met with store employees for any possible concerns. NO REPORT

1307 HOURS-Hit-and-Run-7700 block Riverdale Rd.- Officers gathered all required information and provided the caller with their next steps. REPORT WRITTEN

1335 HOURS-Premise Check-6400 block 85th Ave.- Officers responded to the school to ensure the safety of students, pedestrians, and vehicular traffic as students were being dismissed from school. NO REPORT

1415 HOURS-Accident-Annapolis Rd. @ I-495 South- Officers assisted with facilitating information exchange. NO REPORT

1458 HOURS-Premise Check-6100 block Lamont Dr.- Officers checked the area as students were being dismissed from school. Officers ensured the safety of students, other pedestrians, and vehicular traffic. NO REPORT

1528 HOURS-Premise Check-8300 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers checked in with employees checking for any arising concerns. NO REPORT

1552 HOURS-Premise Check-8500 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers checked in with hotel staff for any concerns this coming weekend. NO REPORT

1635 HOURS-Premise Check-6000 block Harland St.- Officers checked the area for any possible criminal activity or trespassing at the Aquatic Center. NO REPORT

1918 Burglary/ 7300 block Good Luck Rd / caller advised the attic was open. Officers checked the house with negative results. No report

1940 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / officer conducted business checks. There were no issues reported.  

2010 Hit & Run/ 5300 block 85th Ave / Upon arrival, both vehicle were on scene and parties exchanged information. No report

2019 Hit & Run/ Annapolis Rd @ Veterans Pkwy / the caller left prior to officer’s arrival. No report

2028 Departmental/ Lanham Severn Rd @ Cipriano Rd / There were no injuries. NC3 was notified and this report will be submitted to NC4.  Report written/ ACRS

2150 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / all complexes were patrolled for suspicious activity. Officers patrolled on foot. 

2240 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd /due to heavy foot traffic at this location. Officers spoke with staff and learned they were book to capacity and have several juvenile groups. 

2310 Accident/ 5300 block 85th Ave / The complainant verified the striking vehicle by having its mirror cover. Report written / ACRS/

0040 Premise Check/ Fontainebleau & Karen Elaine Dr. / while patrolling the area. Officer discovered a vehicle parked in the fire lane and issued a parking violation notice.

0102 Parking Violation/ 7900 block Mahoney Dr. / A parking violation notice was issued. 

0127 Fight/ 7700 block Annapolis Rd / Officers made contact with the subjects who were intoxicated. For scene safety, subjects were detained, checked for warrants with negative results. Subjects were photographed and sent on their way. Report written

0330 Disorderly/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd / The subject refused to leave upon the officer's commands. The subject was escorted from the premises, cited and sent on his way. Report written
